About Sussex Realty Ltd
Sussex Realty Ltd. is a real estate agency known for its effective property management and responsive service. Many clients have praised the helpfulness of their staff, particularly Asha and Shannon, who provide timely assistance with inquiries and maintenance issues. The agency offers reasonable prices for condo documents and ensures that they are prepared quickly, contrasting with other companies that impose rush fees. Residents appreciate the cleanliness of the buildings and the prompt resolution of issues, often facilitated by attentive caretakers like Larry. However, some customers have reported a lack of professionalism from the head office receptionist, indicating a need for improved customer service. Overall, Sussex Realty Ltd. is recommended for its good apartments at fair prices and a commitment to tenant satisfaction, with many satisfied renters expressing their positive experiences.

I was guided to a really good Wolsley apartment by Ivar, the caretaker at 205 Arlington. He was extremely kind and helpful in all of our dealings.
Thank you!
