Left my car there for 3 days and gave them a list of things I wanted done. They just did the easy stuff that they felt like, and gave the car back. Very very unimpressed.I’m a professional carpenter that owns a business, and I do what a customer asks of me and often go the extra mile. These guys couldn’t do the bare minimum or even close to it. My car left their shop after 3 days with an engine light on. I think that one example of many says it all. Like seriously, an engine light on and no conversation about it. I got in in the parking lot, saw it immediately, and just said to myself whatever these guys obviously don’t want my money. It was on the work order and was the first thing I mentioned when I dropped the car off. They also said they test drove it, which was a boldfaced lie. I know this because I checked the exact odometer reading when I dropped it off, as I always do.

As a first time reviewer, I felt compelled to write this review as my experience today at Tmac was incredible. I brought my son’s car in and everyone at Tmac was so friendly, professional, and honest. The pricing was extremely fair and they exceeded my expectations in the repairs and in making me feel comfortable. If you are looking for exceptional and friendly service with very fair pricing and a welcoming environment, I highly recommend you take your car here.
