Why ask a customer to call then make them wait on average 45 minutes to an hour to just quickly hang up on them?Whoever is working the phones on the 3rd floor really needs proper training or a refresh in customer service.Trying to call you guys reminds me of what dating in high school was like. Thanks for the trip down memory lane but can you please let the adults work the phones?

This place has gone downhill very fast! Been a customer since 2021 consistently and the last 6 months have been terrible. Many excuses for poor service & management likes to give lines (“you know what they say” and the like). Lost my business & sounds like I’m not the only one.

Absolutely brutal customer service. Twice I’ve waited on hold for over ten minutes, only to be disconnected immediately after someone picks up. In store is no better, long waits, incomprehensible communication gaps between the store floor and accounting, and finally, the highest dispensing fees I’ve ever encountered. Run for your life.

I first switched to Taché Pharmacy from Shoppers because I was hoping that a smaller pharmacy would give me more opportunities to speak to people directly and be a better experience. Unfortunately, I was very wrong. The staff at Taché are very friendly if you can manage to speak to one, but it's always incredibly busy and there is no communication between staff members at all.I cannot count the number of times that I waited on hold for 40 minutes or more just to have somebody hang up on me. Their phone system is archaic, no one is trained in how to use it properly, and the looping misleading ads for prescription meds and earsplitting music on the hold message seem like they haven't been changed since the 1990s.Their email system has been broken as for as long as I have used the pharmacy, and they claim you can do refills online, but it does not actually work and nobody seems to know how to fix it. I got sick of having to call almost every day of every single month just to get all of my prescriptions, not even on time.In 2 years at Taché Pharmacy they were never able to get all of my prescriptions dispensing on one day. Shoppers was able to do it immediately. I really wanted to support my local pharmacy, but my local pharmacy is just not up to the task of serving customers.

purchasing needed medical supplies from here for many years and had several small issues with not enough product or not sending the receipt with the order so i can process for my subsidy but never posted a complaint until now . i get a call from them saying they have been undercharging me for years and need to correct the error in price moving forward . the new price was going to be 6x the cost from $140 .00 to $6-almost $700.00 . this was to much not to investigate so i got a quote from another pharmacy for just over $200 all taxes in . I guess they were hoping to get all there money back from undercharging me , and at that rate they would really be gouging me in the future . I am cancelling and never doing business with them and would not recommend them for anything .

Tache has gone downhill in the past few months. The first time they attributed their issues to a new phone system then to new employees in training. I’m empathetic to both but it seems to be the running excuse. I have never been more stressed when trying to get refills for my son’s medication. My son requires this medication daily to prevent organ rejection. They seem to not understand the urgency of this request. I have had to fight multiple times to try to get my son medication before he runs out and each time has been a gong show/comedy of errors. They have mixed up medications, made me medications we didn’t ask for and have not been able to provide full refills of medication due to excuses. They advised that in the future I should try going online to fill my meds. I did that and didn’t receive a call for 4 days so I called them and they advised they’d call me back. They didn’t call me back, I called again the next day. The lady in the phone advised they didn’t receive my online refill request because they were having issues. If you try calling the pharmacy you will be on the line for an hour. The last month I went in person to get the medication because they were late in fulfilling the refill, they advised it wasn’t ready so I told them I would wait until it was. Another lady in front of me was also unhappy and expressed her disappointment in the terrible service as of late so I don’t think my experience is unique. We have moved our medication from this pharmacy. It’s too bad, we were with them for almost four years. The first few years were great, the delivery staff is amazing. There are a few exceptional employees who go above and beyond but the lack of regard for patients is evident as of late.

Worse pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The guy with the funny eye, (don’t know if he is a pharmacist or some kind of manager) but he screwed up my last prescription because he CAN’T SEE! His nose was about an inch or two at most from computer screen trying to read the dose strength for a recent prescription. It was supposed to be 175 units but he said it was 150! I told them I had a photocopy of the script at home so I could back up what I was saying. Eventually he printed it out and after holding it an inch or so away from his eye he agreed. Then, instead of refilling it right away, they just put it in the queue and I waited nearly 30 more minutes while a friend who had driven me waited. The next prescription, a compounded progesterone cream, had an empty syringe in the bag and one partially filled in amongst the filled syringes. Did they short me? I’ll never know.This last time I was told that they changed their system and you now have to pay ahead of time for any compounded meds. For me this would mean coming from Charleswood to pay then returning several days later to pick it up. Or leave my credit card on file with them. Doing the latter would be like leaving these guys a blank cheque. I instinctively don’t trust them! They’ve screwed up so many times I could see screw ups with my credit card so I gave up with these guys and have moved my prescriptions to another compounding pharmacy. They tried to tell me that there weren’t any other compounding pharmacies but I knew there was because I used to work at one in south end of city. CInden on Scurfield blvd.The only helpful, competent person I ever dealt with was Scott. I think he was in compounding dept. All I know is he helped me every time I contacted him with a question. Unfortunately Scott has left for employment elsewhere. It was Scott who got two parking spots by back door assigned for the pharmacy. However they are always full, often by same vehicles parked all day.Anyways, Tache pharmacy is a terrible place to deal with. Stay away. Never seen such an incompetent pharmacy in my life! My friend said I should file a complaint with Manitoba Pharmacists body but I’m too exhausted to fight with these guys anymore and have moved on to a capable compounding pharmacy.

Tried calling the pharmacy and was hung up on 5 times before I gave up. Picked up my prescription in person and someone else came during the time I was paying and was completely ignored while I was checking out for about 5 mins. This pharmacy is absolutely horrendous.

Avoid this zoo at all cost. I had a disappointing experience at this pharmacy. My order wasn't ready as promised, and to make matters worse, the clerk who was assisting me abruptly left, leaving me hanging. The lack of professionalism was evident, and it was a frustrating situation. Management should address these issues to improve customer satisfaction.

Awful pharmacy. They are extremely slow and the the guy with the funky eye is especially rude. I tried to drop off medication from my dad that had passed away that was from them and they basically told me to F off and they were too busy. Very disrespectful and a pathetic excuse for a pharmacy.

I have been having bad experiences with these guys for years and really way to much to go into in one review. I only give them 1 star because I was angry when I talked to them yesterday. It should be zero. Failed to fill my prescription when they promised as usual. Then had someone call me that just kept repeating themselves, interrupting me then hung up on me

Something strange going on in this pharmacies books. I asked for a receipt of my prescriptions, and they gave me one for far less than my prescriptions actually were. my bank transactions proved their records to be wrong and their solution to the problem is just to ghost you. Constant problems with getting prescriptions filled. They send faxes to the wrong doctor, will never deal with this pharmacy again as long as I live. Would rather drive across the city.
