Very annoyed my condo is with this company and I tried towing a car as it's in a spot I am paying for and they told me a need a password. I have never had to a password, why should I let someone use a spot that I am paying for. If anyone can help me out that would be wonderful

I’ve had employees walk me out to my vehicle and treat me with respect but this evening was different. An employee by the name of Gurman treated me contemptuously and was apathetic about my situation. We already have to pay $120, at least be nice about it. He pointed in the general direction of the gates for me to locate my vehicle within the entire lot on my own in the dark.
This man should not work in direct contact with people if he’s unable to be respectful.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this towing yard. I only went in to accompany my friend, whose car had already been towed and fully paid for. My only mistake was not notifying them immediately upon entering the yard. Despite clarifying the situation, the staff member responded with unprofessional and cheap language that was completely unnecessary.
Their behaviour was rude, disrespectful, and reflects poorly on the company. As a paying customer (through my friend), we deserved basic respect and courtesy, not hostility. Incidents like this should be brought to the attention of the appropriate authorities, because such treatment of customers is unacceptable.

Every single time I’ve called this company The staff has been extremely rude on the phone. They speak to you in the most condescending tone like it’s ruining their day that you called them. I’ve been interrupted in the middle of my sentence every single time I’ve called there even though I’m answering questions they’re asking me. Every single phone call I am met with the same attitude.

Dealing w them is awful they will never let me speak to the owner they are very rude my vehicle has been there 2 weeks every time I called. They stated they did not have my vehicle now the police confirmed they have it but not they said my vehicle has a hold which is a lie the police tell me otherwise I need to speak to the owner directly.

Okay, I’m a little embarrassed writing this, but here we go. I thought my truck had been towed (again), and I panicked. I was parked in a 1-hour zone and stayed 1 hour and 10 minutes, so I figured the parking gods had finally caught up to me. I’ve been towed twice before, and Tartan Towing has always handled it well, so I called them.
Rose answered and was incredibly helpful. She calmly looked everything up, took time out of her day, and even gave me steps to follow in case my truck had been stolen — because at that point, we couldn’t find it in the system.
Turns out… it wasn’t towed or stolen. My rockstar worker had moved it to our usual parking spot down the street, and I just didn’t realize. So yeah — it was safe and sound, 20 feet away.
Still, Rose was amazing. Super patient, professional, and kind — even when I was full-blown spiraling over a truck that wasn’t actually missing. She’s a gem, and if I do get towed again (which, at this rate, I probably will), I hope I get to talk to her.
Thanks again, Rose. You’re the best.
