Awesome experience as Staff was very humble and well knowledgeable.I visited the branch for my every day banking needs and applying for credit card.I interacted with Mr. Sahil Thakur I Personal Banking Associate I TD Canada Trust. He is not only a well knowledgeable person but also deals with me in such a professional manner that all my banking needs got fulfilled with TD bank only and I had not to visit any other bank.5 star rating for Mr. Sahil Thakur.

Close to home so very convenient but also helpful, friendly staff.Only problem is, they suddenly and without warning closed the ATM vestibule before and after business hours... now it is quite inconvenient to take money out, as many of us are to be at work during those hours. What is the reason for this?

This branch had bad service for years. Poorly staffed all the time. And new staff rotating who are poorly trained. Friday midday now 6 to 7 people in line 2 tellers.

One day i went in there to pay off my bills the bank Teller wen't off in a detour Power Trip Saying You Can't Pay off your bill unless you switch to our new credit card policy and open a New Account NOW NOW NOW Sorry i replied i just wan't to pay off my bills i will consider it but i must insist do have to read the contract and look over it with my mom and dad to review it with a fine tooth comb.Verra the teller then Rudely Replied...YOU KNOW YOUR MOTHER AND FATHER isn't gonna be around Forever.... Wow Now thats UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Spoke previously with a woman named Eni and she was great, not the best as keeping me updated on a situation (I had to call the EZ line multiple times to ask for updates) but super nice and helpful (Thank you Eni).Talked to reception today about confusion I had and different options that were available about my account and he just kept repeating (in a condescending tone) there are no other options and I’m basically SOL. I asked him not to speak to me like that and he just said “well actually …” and continued to be rude until I I just hung up
