What an amazing place I'm never going to mpi again they couldn't even help me with a registration of my vehicle without tod went to team insurance and they were wonderful took them 20 minutes in and out. The staff were very friendly SS AUTO SALES sent me over!!!

Failed to cancel my insurance plan with Wawanesa even after I gave prompt notice with the right paperwork turned in directly to the broker office. I was still charged, and would have still been charged every month until god knows when if I didnt notice and call to ask what was going on. Still waiting for this to be settled over 2 months since submitting my cancellation paperwork.Not impressed.

Extremely helpful over the phone. I asked about getting a driver's abstract and they informed me that it is much more efficient to go to a MPI service center and I could get an abstract immediately, through a broker could take up to 10 business days. They were correct. I did exactly as they said and I got my abstract for o ly $10.
