This store management is chaos,online order pick up in store just will wasting time.
On the other hand, there are significant issues with staff scheduling. When customers purchase 5-gallon pails of paint, the assigned employees visibly struggle to lift these heavy containers. Shockingly, customers are even being asked to enter staff-only areas themselves to retrieve the paint pails and load them into their shopping carts.

Most helpfull and knowledgeable staff. Staff went out of their way and helped me save $350 today from what i originally paid on my purchase. Highly recommend this location.

My prefered Home Depot location. Staff are generally quite helpful and friendly. Most even say hello if you walk by them, can't say that for the othe locations in Winnipeg. Store is clean and neat. This is where I do most of my business. Thanks for providing a great shopping experience!
Update: Service has been dropping off. Spent 1.5 hours in the store and of the 20 or so I passed only one acknowledged me & asked if I needed assistance (Manager I think). Tool department was the worst as the same guy passed me a dozen times and I was going to get a tool, but I left without it. Did see a lot of staff socializing amongst themselves. It used to be better.
PS: Store looked dirty and messy too.

This location has an amazing team member named Barb who runs the kid’s workshops every month. Being in the centre of the city puts me pretty much equal distance from every Home Depot. I always choose this location based on the positive experiences and interactions that both myself and my son have had with Barb.

A polite and pleasant salesperson helped me select a new washing machine. I was told to expect delivery at anytime on Dec 11. My husband cancelled his usual responsibilities to stay home that day. No one showed up. When he phoned Home Depot at the end of the day, he was told that there had been a change and that the major appliance would be delivered on Dec 13th. Again, a no show. This time, I cancelled our order.

Old man didn't even try to help me. Told me to go to Walmart. Very rude and lazy effort.
