I bought the appliances for my new home and installation services from the Home Depot.The gas range guy who installed it didn't apply for a permit and the city gas inspection found no permit for a gas range, so they locked the gas to the house. After two weeks of struggling and found out that the guy who installed didn't submit the permit application. I spent money for 2-3 weeks for food outside. I paid the again money for the permit.I don't recommend installation services from Home Depot.And warranties also, when you buy they always encourage you to buy warranties. but when the problem comes, they will send no knowledgeable technicians to fix things. at least the store has to check the technicians and their capabilities.I don't recommend warranties from this store.I believed that home depot has certified installation services, but I spent double money for installation and the major thing was, my home insurance doesn't cover If any fire accident happened.

This store and every other home depot are revamping and changing around. Now you have to hunt for where the item is. Stuff they had, no longer carry..Sometimes it is hard to find staff in the department.But all staff are very friendly..

Called and spoke to someone about a product in stock. I asked for it to be held and he proceeds to tell me it was first come first serve (for a product that states it is “slow to sale” I said not sure I’ll make it and he proceeded to laugh, tell me to relax and that theirs “7 available”. I’m disgusted to realize I arrive and they were sold out. Train staff better. Rules are rules but don’t make a mockery of someone then have exactly what they where worried about happen

Helpful staff but i think some of them need better customer service, while in an aisle i overheard an older female employee talk in a rude tone to a customer, its great educating customers but do it nicely.

I wanted to purchase a carport online- Model CPHC202007. I waited too long. A week too long. The item did not indicate it was on sale for $3511. I went to purchase it on Thursday and it is now $4659. After 41 minutes on the phone with customer support and calling the store I got nowhere. The store manager wouldn’t price match Lowes or Rona and said there are “limitations”. Lowes still has them on for $3800. Home Depot was going to give me 10% off the $4659 lol. What an insult. I will NEVER EVER shop at Home Depot again for personal or for work ( which is $1000s of dollars a year). Lowes and Rona here I come. Disappointing service and poor customer support. Zero stars

Thought I'd try home depot instead of can tire for once and was actually not happy about this decision once I got inside. Couldn't find what I was looking for and everyone seemed hyper busy so figured I'd leave but then I couldn't find an exit and reluctantly felt as though I needed to purchase something, anything , just to be able to leave. Can. Tire not much different imo.

January 18 2024 EDITAny product you purchase at home depot that comes with any kind of warranty is not real. I have been fighting with Home Depot since October 2023 regarding a defective flooring product.A flooring inspector came to my house and submitted a report and they are now claiming they 'didn't receive the report yet' and have just simply stopped replying to my emails. Shop anywhere else.

From the moment I initiated my project with HD in-house designer Aveesh Kathuria, I was thoroughly impressed by the exemplary level of professionalism and quality they brought to my kitchen project. It is not an everyday occurrence to come across someone who understands the intricate demands of countertop installation. The entire process, managed by Aveesh, from the initial design consultation to the final touches was seamless. The exceptional knowledge of materials and dedication to quality were apparent in every aspect of the project. Aveesh's professionalism ensured that all my concerns were addressed.I would be amiss not to mention a hiccup in the overall process. The subcontractor engaged for the installation (FLOFORM) did not match the high standards set by Aveesh. I encountered several issues relating to their time management and the synchronization of their work within the project timeline.Despite these challenges, he was proactive in resolving the issues, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend Aveesh for anyone in need of premium kitchen countertop services.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever.I’m be taking ALL my business to Rona from here on.Not only is the customer service team not helpful but they were extremely rude. I’ll never shop with Home Depot EVER again
