Despite how hard the location can be, the staff are helpful and nice as long as you are respectful. Just don't expect them to have small items that are easy to steal.

I am not knowleageable in IT technologies at all. Never had a cellphone in my life. and I needed a basic, good cell phone hardware and service line to begin with. Kazi at the Portage Place location in Winnipeg was very honest and helpful. had patience and care to guide me through all my options. I am recommending Kazi to my other not tech savvy friends. Great service!!! thanks.
