I had initially gone in there for some clothing for a job interview, Richard, a staff member was working there and just from observation noticed that the sizing I had chosen was incorrect. He was able to help me with my entire process and we had really nice conversation as well. I was fantastic, update on the interview: I got the position!!

I just wanted to thank Richard Rosin (spelling? lost his business card somewhere!) for helping me buy my first very fine suit with all the trimmings at the end of season discount!
Just waiting for the phone call to pick it up!
And looking to see if there is a Doctor Who Tom Baker like coat that Tip Top might have on sale for the fall?
I am very pleased with Richard's excellent customer service! I hope the manager reads this and considers Richard to be a very fine and valuable employee and a little sales bonus wouldn't hurt either!
Nevermind my previous review about Joe Malone. I talked with Georgina Sabesky, assistant to John Orlikow, city councillor of River Heights -Tuxedo, and Georgina said Joe Malone Park is not going to be demolished! I spent over $10 K to save Joe Malone Park for some other reason now?! I might have to return a few things! Oh boy. That Vic Savino, director of communications for Treaty1.ca, is very choose-y in what he considers actual communication to anybody outside of Naawi-Oodena urban reserve community!
I just wish to say respectfully that Grand Chief Cathy Merrick's good work done for her family, friends, neighbours and for her extended community and for those who most need someone to look out for them will live on and inspire many future Indigenous peoples and make life that much better than before!
May the universe forever bless Grand Chief Cathy Merrick for doing so much for so many in such little time that allowed her to ever live upon this earth and give hope for those who most need!

Went here for a suit as part of a wedding party and was helped by Jim, who was a real gentleman. I was sure I’d need to have alterations done, but Jim sized me up just by looking at me and was spot on. The suit fit near-perfectly off the rack. I’ve gotten bespoke suits made in the past, so while the overall experience is very different, the fit turned out to be surprisingly similar to custom. Would highly recommend. They also do alterations within a few weeks if you need, but the whole process was painless and fast.

Have shopped here in the past. Needed a sports jacket last minute, and turned up 45 minutes before closing time. Patrick was very patient and not at all pushy. Dana, a manager from another store was there and was able to help me out by sending me a jacket that was on hold. She found a jacket to replace the one on hold from another one of the stores and was firstly going to bring it back to the store to replace the one on hold. They went out of their way to help me get out of a pinch. Who are their boss is they need to give them both a raise. We will be back for sure.

Husband and I were judged by the way we looked and not offered any assistance by sales associates.We were in on Saturday, looking dressed up and we're approached immediately by a wonderful salesman who was extremely helpful and made it a wonderful experience. When we got home, realized we needed a different shirt and looked forward to returning Monday and having another nice experience. However, Monday came and both of us showed up in work clothes, hoody, hiking boots. Apparently not looking like we could afford to shop there. We were ignored by 3 sales associates, 2 of whom were standing there playing on their phones. 1 made eye contact with me on more than one occasion and just gave me a look and turned away. After 10 minutes I finally approached one of them for help and he stood there looking like a freaking ghost had approached him. He offered us a single option with no conversation about what the attire was for or what we would be pairing with the shirt. During this time another customer - better dressed - walked in and was immediately helped. If we didn't need this outfit for Thursday I would have walked away on principal and not shopped there. Felt 100% judged.

An associate by the name of Adrian (not sure if I am spelling that correctly) helped me get an outfit ready for an event tonight. After telling him what I was looking for, Adrian looked at my build, and knew exactly what size and fit to grab.I almost forgot I was a regular person because the service felt like a stylist to a celebrity.Thank you for the above-and-beyond service, Adrian! I couldn’t give 6 stars, so 5 stars will do.

10/10 : Back in February, we went shopping for my Husband’s suit. The first store we went to was Tip Top at Polo Park and Jim was a gem to deal with. He was patient and helpful.
Tip Top prices were super good, and 6 days before the wedding, one of my groomsmen found out he didn’t fit in his pants anymore, we did a rush order online with Tip Top and got the pants at home in less than 48hrs. I was so impressed.

We had excellent service. They helped us figure out our wedding suit in the nick of time when we only had a couple of weeks to finish our preparations. Patrick is an engaging, genuine, and helpful service representative who is so enjoyable to work with - He's your guy.

I was introduced to Tip Top by a friend and since I have been dealing with this company it's been satisfaction guaranteed. Their customer service is top notch, they are so professional and respectful, they also stock good quality products and their prices are very reasonable. I've bought quite a number of items from them and I've NEVER been disappointed once. A big thank you to the Tip Top family and PLEASE keep up the good work.

I purchased a new suit for a family event (wedding). I worked closely with the salesmen to ensure my needs were addressed. Due to my athletic build the jacket, pants and dress shirt all required tailoring. We spent considerable time marking all of the adjustments. I was provided with a date for pickup (2 weeks later). There was no courtesy call or email message indicating my tailoring was complete. I went to pick up my cloths two days later then scheduled pick up date. None of the tailoring was done and they had lost the jacket with all of the tailoring markings. The staff scrambled to take things from the start to refit the outfit and start tailoring process. It took four trips to this merchandiser before I was satisfied. This store is located in a premier shopping mall in Wpg and has been there for years. They should be able to write the book on menswear and quality of customer service instead of the debacle I experienced. I did receive apologies from Chris who filled for my original salesmen who was on vacation. I suggested I needed a new tie also somewhat expecting that maybe they would not charge me for it due the the inconveniences as some compensation for my stress and time. Nothing was offered except a suggestion for me to give them another chance at my menswear purchases in the future. It oblivious it’s a sale for them regardless of the quality of service. The experience was very disappointing and stressful.

Normally I don't shop at Tip Top but I ordered some sale items online after seeing an ad. I had to return a few shirts and the salesman and store manager were very accommodating and friendly. Will be back.
