The experience in this morning was awful, the price tag doesn’t match the price in the system, apple $2/lb, in system 6.58/kg, I told the cashier, an old woman, she used calculator and explained 6.58/kg equals 2/lb, she is silly and stupid , she thinks the customer is silly as well, I calculated with my phone and show her, she said I can return, Her service is very bad, I told her twice I can return and buy again by 2/lb, she did not want to sell, but I told her she can change the price, she said she could not change the price. She was lying.But I insist on buying , this is not the first time happened to me, every time, other cashier help me change the price after checking the price tag. Her behavoir of cheating customer impacted Nofrills business culture seriously, at last , she checked the price tag and change the price for me. No apology, no recognizing her fault for calculating.she is not a new staff or not the old staff. I often go there, I am familiar with every face. Most of staff work hard, so I can understand sometime price tag doesn’t match system price. Now many young people are unemployed, like this staff with worse service should be fired, give others the job opportunities.

This Location is absolutely filthy. The produce is always rotten. Absolutely disgusting. The people working the produce don’t care at all.
This Tom guy needs to get his store together. Get rid of this Romeo character. He is the worst in Manitoba by far

Excellent staff that really care despite location being understaffed occasionally. Store manager is very involved and tries hard to satisfy customers and make things run smoothly. Often I get great deals here. especially on produce and meat. Produce, like everywhere else, is a bit hit and miss but often more affordable - raspberries and blackberries quickly mould over no matter where you buy them so be vigilant. An attentive shopper can great deals here, especially on produce. Parking is decent and good spots usually available. Located next to Shopper’s, MB Liquor and Dollar Store so I can get everything I need.

Low quality. No bananas ...can't sell lower then don't carry it.is the motto I guess. Very low quality produce. Millk close to expiry date, Lactose free milk $2 more and dated. First time at a No Frills, I did not buy anything.

I've been a local for years.
Lately when I go shopping here the security guard seems to follow me around everywhere I go. And the looks I get from them are... "I'm watching you."
Strange enough that I came here with my wife, and the guard still followed us around. A lot.
There were plenty of other customers in the store but while shopping the guard came by us looking at us like we were up to no good. They walked by 9 times. That's a little excessive borderline feeling harassed considering I don't steal.
We use our optimum card (hers) with every purchase identifying us, and we typically use our Canadian tire Mastercard under my name which is also a personal identifier.
Her and I look like your typical working class citizens but perhaps this is the exact profile of people that are stealing from this place? That I couldn't tell you.
We live 2 minutes from the grocer and is reasonably priced. We look for sale items nowadays everywhere we go and enjoy the grocery stores convenience.
However, if this profiling continues and we feel pushed out of shopping there, we will be forced to look at other grocers further away. Otherwise for years our experience has been 5 star. The owner/manager is a really nice guy.
Security should be made present but not imposing. I was involved with DND for 28 years I know what the guard was up to and the looks I really didn't like at all.

First time visiting this location. Clean and well organized. Out of some items I wanted but it was close to end of day. Weird front entrance. Could not figure out how to get in at first.

They never stock the shelves at this location. I see other customers crawling up on the shelves to get the product. Very poorly managed here
