“Today, I got my car towed from S&S towing after I bought it from someone. Sunny was really polite, really easy to deal with, and very professional. When he got to my house, he dropped it off on my driveway. When I tried to drive it into the garage, I did not know what was wrong, so I called Sunny he came to see what was going on, when he knew the rear right side of the brake was seized up Sunny got his truck to tow my car into the garage and told me about some problems with my car which I will be repairing later on after some other tasks I have to do of personal stuff but when Sunny got the car into the garage there was no extra fees. When I am ready to get the car towed again to get it fixed, I will go straight to S&S towing to get some parts of my car fixed

As a first-time car owner and my first time dealing with a towing company, I will always go for this company. I wanna say thank you for helping when I could not get my car into the garage

I highly recommend this company. For me, it was cheaper priced than other companies that I phoned, and the other towing companies would have charged me 250 dollars while S&S towing charged me $126 with tax included. If I could, I would give it 10 stars, not 5”

“Okay, I’m a little embarrassed writing this, but here we go. I thought my truck had been towed (again), and I panicked. I was parked in a 1-hour zone and stayed 1 hour and 10 minutes, so I figured the parking gods had finally caught up to me. I’ve been towed twice before, and Tartan Towing has always handled it well, so I called them.

Rose answered and was incredibly helpful. She calmly looked everything up, took time out of her day, and even gave me steps to follow in case my truck had been stolen — because at that point, we couldn’t find it in the system.

Turns out… it wasn’t towed or stolen. My rockstar worker had moved it to our usual parking spot down the street, and I just didn’t realize. So yeah — it was safe and sound, 20 feet away.

Still, Rose was amazing. Super patient, professional, and kind — even when I was full-blown spiraling over a truck that wasn’t actually missing. She’s a gem, and if I do get towed again (which, at this rate, I probably will), I hope I get to talk to her.
