“Excellent friendly and fast service, don't overcharge or recommend fixing things that don't need fixing. They always call and get your approval before doing the repair. They honour warranty on parts they previously replaced. Also you don't have to wait long to get your vehicle in. Only negative is they have a small parking lot, but to be expected; we are in a city. ?”
“Mike and Rich are both amazing, my families cars have been going to them for years, very pleasant atmosphere, very welcoming. Amazing workmanship and an honest shop.

All done and I truly like how the service was provided , the repair made the car drive very well. All BMW repairs are annoyingly expensive. The shop did not create any unnecessary expenses . I am glad to find a reliable place for my out of the warranty cars!!

“Yesterday I had a very inconvenient flat tire on an aging tire. I put the spare on and phoned a tire store to go and replace all my tires. I had many things to do and I hoped for a speedy fix to my concern. The best they could do was to see me 4 days from now.
I had been to Kendall’s before and so I tried them.
He was able to get me in that afternoon and change my tires with good reasonably priced tires.
His service and that of his mechanics has always been excellent.

“Tony’s Academy has been part of my life for many years, and I truly can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else.
Their customer service goes far beyond what anyone would expect. They have driven me to and from work, provided loaner vehicles without hesitation, and even drove me home late on a cold night after the shop had closed when my car wasn’t running properly. They rarely charge me for diagnostics, tire-related issues, or windshield fittings and replacements, and they always take the time to explain things clearly before doing any work. I never feel pressured — only supported and looked after.
My relationship with Tony’s began in the most unexpected way. My son was only four years old when his little yellow push Tracker toy broke, and we stopped in just hoping to borrow a screwdriver. Instead, Jeremy stopped working on an actual customer’s car, put my toddler’s toy up on the hoist, and pretended to do a full “service.” My son was absolutely mesmerized. That moment stayed with us.
Fast forward many years — my son is now 18, has completed auto body courses in high school, and loves working on cars. He now does his own repairs in our garage just down the street, and I truly believe that early experience at Tony’s helped spark that lifelong interest.
Every time I call or walk through the door, I’m greeted with genuine warmth. Jeremy, Mark, and Elaine know me, ask how I’m doing, and make me feel welcome every single time. I trust them completely and appreciate their honesty — whether that means referring me to Volvo when something is outside their expertise or offering practical options to keep costs manageable. They even helped me sell an Audi right from their lot years ago.
Tony’s Academy feels like what a local business should be — caring, trustworthy, and deeply rooted in the community. I even enjoy the conversations with the driver who takes me on courtesy trips when my car needs to stay for the day. That’s how personal the service feels.

“We regularly visit the great Canadian oil change for our oil changes. The service is regularly speedy, efficient, and courteous. As with most spots like this, there is always the option to be up-sold, but I find their employees to be respectful and receptive.”

“I am from out of town and was looking for somewhere to replace the exhaust system on an older Toyota at a reasonable price. Azim was very helpful coordinating the preordering of the parts and making it convenient to do a long distance appointment. I was a little nervous about it all but it worked out great. They even gave us a much newer car to use for our big day in the city while they worked on ours. Best of all now the inside of the car doesn't smell like exhaust anymore.
