“Met with the owner (Matt) a few days prior for an estimate. Was greeted promptly and courteously day of appointment. Had a brake caliber service front and back and a brake fluid flush. Took 3 hours. Waited in the comfortable waiting room and Jeff gave me regular updates on the progress. Matts estimate was right on. I am so impressed with my experience that Hi-Tech will now be my go to place for any services on my 2017 Buick Envision.

“Ken is a trustworthy person who I look for in businesses. All of his employees share the same core beliefs. I've had four vehicles taken care of by Kendall's, never once did I feel like I was being overcharged or had work done that wasn't needed. In fact, I was given a general idea of what was upcoming in the next 6–12 months as far as maintenance was concerned. One of the vehicles, it was suggested I get rid of it soon, as it was going to be costly to repair and not worth the investment.”

Not only did he show me that my brakes were fine, he also topped up my brake fluid for free.
