“The building is clean, safe, and secure. Having complimentary carts to use is a bonus. The only downside is the amount of parking available. The manager where I rented the locker from (Mc Phillips) is really nice and extremely helpful as well.”
“The first truck I was given had broken wipers, this noticed my me after I had warmed up the truck and pulled it from the back of the lot. Perhaps when people have a scheduled pickup times to have the trucks pulled out in front, as well as have the trucks started (warmed up) in winter and quickly looked over (things like wipers) Unfortunately 30 mins of my time was doing all the above first before leaving. Friendly team and was easy to book and return. I would recommend but has those suggestions to improve further”
