DON’T BUY MONTLY MEMBERSHIP. Worst car wash and worst customer service, i had monthly membership and i cancelled it on 26 which renews on 29th of each month. I had flight back home on 27 but the owner said i cancelled it after 29 and they can’t refund my money. Terrible customer service and I’ve even insisted that i can show flight ticket information to prove I wasn’t even here after 27

Interestingly when there is high demand (like when it is slushy and there is a line of 15 cars outside), this place charges for time claiming not having coins. Multiple friends have confirmed this.

Speedy and clean for a car wash. Went there today and the guy working in the booth was polite. He even kicked out some guys spending time drying cars to keep the line moving. Some people have no clue about their surroundings and common sense. When it's busy go dry your Domestic vehicle in the parking lot. It's not like they were driving anything special. It was also sloppy as heck outside and your car will get dirty the second you drive it. I will continue to support this local car wash.

Staff has been friendly to deal with, but every time I've been here the water pressure is very poor. Something is always wrong, even after changing bays multiple times. Can't get a clean car efficiently, will cost me double usually.

True Blue Car Wash provides efficient service and a clean finish. Friendly staff, though minor improvements could enhance the overall experience. Solid choice for car cleaning.
