Canada Post employees should know that letters going to an MP at the House of Commons do not need a stamp. I asked in clear terms and was told they needed a stamp by the employee. $2 wasn't worth my time to argue it.
I've had other okay experiences here in the past.

The young man who 'served' me had apparently never heard of Canada Post's Flex Delivery program encouraging use of its facilities as safer option to home delivery for packages, avoiding 'porch pirates'. He brought my Amazon package from the back and told me it was the property of Canada Post and he wouldn't release it to me. It had my full name on it above the PO address. I demanded to see a manager and the man who appeared was equally delusional. I finally got my package but only after threatening to get behind the counter and take it by whatever force was necessary. Fortunately, I haven't seen either of the persons since and hope I never do. This reflects badly on Shoppers Drug Mart which hires and 'trains' (?) PO staff.

Very poor customer service. I come to this location frequently with my small business, buying stamps and sending packages with labels. I was the only customer first thing in the morning, waited 5 minutes while the clerk was talking to another employee on the phone, and clearly saw I was there. One small envelope I forgot to seal, and asked the clerk if they had something to seal it. He said "we don't do that" and I said "I've gotten help before", his reply was "it's not our job to help you with that at all". Then he proceeded to put 2 small pieces of tape on it... I understand maybe it's not their protocol, but I found his approach and response to be very rude. I called back to see if I could notify the manager... the same clerk said he was the manager, which was also really disappointing. As a manager and representative of a company, I didn't feel valued. I live a 2 minute walk away and will be going to another location.

It was my first time sending my clients package in this location and I had a really bad experience. The clerk that helped me messed up with the shipping label and put my address in the shipping label that suppose to be my client address. I called costumer service to get my refund but unfortunately they are no help too! I have to go back to this place to get my situation settle that is very dissapointing. This clerk said I can get my refund when I call the Canada Post but i didn't get anything. It was upsetting!!!
