Lied about a lab appraisal of a sapphire. Told us it was artificial.Sent the sapphire to a second lab, they checked it twice and it is legitimate.

Horrible experience. Guy looks at my ring as if it's a $200 ring when it's 3000. What a waste of time, Rude, disrespectful staff. Avoid this place.

We purchased 2 diamond rings off Dean, and sold another unused gold ring. We were treated very well. I felt that the prices were quite reasonable, and the service was excellent. The rings were sized within 24 hours and came with appraisals. I would highly recommend this store, and staff to any of my friends.

They produce poor quality, low detail appraisals. According to UG the value of my rings depreciated 30% while the price of gold has jumped markedly. Would not recommend.
