The team at the outlet mall location is the best! They help find things you couldn’t find on your own (because it’s hiding in plain sight ??) the store leader is great to her team! The are always happy to see their customers the work environment looks amazing to work for. Also I always find good deals at this location 1000% would recommend/ have recommended to family and friends ❤️❤️❤️

No experience can get better than Urban Kids; especially the Outlet collection! The staff were so nice and welcoming, as well as very helpful. I was constantly asked if I needed any help and they were all very kind and willing to help! The clothes and the store were advertised in such a way that attracts you to the store; not to mention the organization and cleanliness! I would recommend this store to everyone; it's a great one!Thank you Urban Kids!

The experience is awful go anywhere else. The lady in the store was rude and made us have an uncomfortable experience. Spend your money anywhere else. Terrible staff.

I had an excellent experience at Urban Kids. The staff were kind and welcoming, as well as very helpful! I definitely recommend to shop there, because it's a great store. I highly appreciate their efforts and hard work during the pandemic, and would encourage others to do so as well, rather than leaving bad reviews for no reason.

Located in the kildonan place shopping mall.Large parking lot but the parking lot of very busy.Sir is full of a lot of product, bit is a good lay out.

It was very bad ... employes were really rude.... i had a kid with me .... i was after that kid soo the poster drop down ... I told the lady on counter and said sorry too ... but there was another lady ... she came to me and started yelling ... you didnt tell anybody and all.... I told one lady ... Do i have to tell everyone??? ... It was really bad experience.... That lady was too rude

As a parent I can’t help it but Stop everywhere where the work kids is written. I was visiting the mall and I stop here at Ubran Kids for to check out what is in store Waoo this palace is more than a kid store. Customer service is knowledgeable and friendly I would say if you have kids you will love it here. Just ask a question and see for yourself
