Have a large variety of items. Doesn't mean you'll find what you are looking for. But you may discover something else of interest. Large selection of clothing for everyone. Electronics has some interesting items as well. You'll have to come down and see what they have. Inventory is always changing. Sometimes, you'll see items that will bring back some memories of childhood.July 31st, 2023, each location carries different items. Sometimes you have to travel a bit to find what you want.Oct 23rd, 2023. As usual find interesting things there. Always something new.

Absolutely ridiculous prices. I have photo proof half their inventory is cheaper brand new in stock at Walmart. Whoever is pricing your items is a joke. This is a 100% profit for donation company. $30 for woman's leggings!? Can buy them brand new at under armor that day for $25. You guys need to get real. Never coming back. Never donating to this criminal activity again. I'm going higher than Google this needs to be fixed. Now.

Most expensive value village in the city. I’ve seen three price increases in the last 2 years on certain items. You think after they got rid kid of half the staff from self checkouts they could reduce the prices or at least leave them at the same price.Prime example is they want 2$ each for a little tiny kids book

Buyer beware. Outrageous Ripoff prices for donated & recycled items should be illegal. Soon enough they will fold due to not enough inventory (donations coming in) can't wait to see everyone lose their jobs at value village for exactly that reason.

Value village is a place for second hand items. People usually come here to get desired products at relatively low prices. The collection is not that much. But, a few items are life-savers for newcomers and low income people.

value village is literally robbing people. they decided to start pricing their items as if they're brand new and top of the line, never been used ever.the amount of times i go in and see a DOLLARAMA item with the price still on it, with value village pricing it HIGHER is nuts. honestly do not feel bad when i see people shoplifting from these stores because they are truly scum of the earth.

I hadn't been here in a few years so I didn't realize they had removed the change rooms. I can understand why, though it was really awkward for clothes shopping. My mom tried tops and dresses on in the aisle but we didn't even bother with pants and shorts and unfortunately they were the reason we were there. It's so hard (for women) to buy bottoms without trying them on. All the new(ish) self-checkouts are nice.

I have always supported recycled clothing and taught my daughters to enjoy the thrift experience. Value Village has taken away that experience by removing dressing rooms so that you can’t try on clothes. They say it’s because of theft but they are the one’s stealing. They make you buy things without trying them on and then when you have to make another trip back to return items that don’t fit, they won’t give you your money back but make you exchange for something else that may not fit. Customer service and enjoyment, not to mention that we donated the clothes in the first place and that the price for items they get for nothing is on par with Reitmans, ie expensive, is unimportant to them and they deserve a pan. Two thumbs down

Very nice store. Snagged an American Eagle top for $8. Pretty understandable that the fitting rooms got shut down due to Covid, but prices are pretty decent and a lot of items are in great condition.

Removal of change rooms made shopping here a horrible experience . Used to love this place. Was a loyal customer for 20+ years. Please bring back the change rooms. (And no, the return-for-store-credit policy isn't an acceptable substitute for being able to try on clothes before buying them.)

The wide variety and the way they have changed the floor plan makes it almost a 100% perfect shop the only draw back is the cost, this once was the place to shop cause it was reasonably affordable for everyone. With today's Rising costs in everything Value Village should be the place we can be able to count on being affordable,,

I used to shop at Value Village more a few years back... then I started to notice them raising their prices! In used items that were near full price. I could go to Walmart and buy new for the prices that they have on their clothing. I get it. The money from the store pays wages, but I thought this was a "used" "thrift store"??? I find I only go when my daughter wants to look for books. I don't buy clothing from there. Do they even give to charity? I don't know? Maybe they should rethink the people who are mostly buying from them. I think that they would be more about charity than the"name brand" markup. I would be more interested in shopping there if the prices were appropriate for a thrift store. I'm just saying.

Have a good selection here, but most of the prices are too high for what they're selling.. especially since it's all used items. I used to love to shop here about 10 years ago. I prefer the Salvation Army stores now.
