Kinda ok, not the best, and I hate the self serve, they just stand there watching you scan, imagine that was your job all day to stand and watch people scan their stuff omg ever crappy, might as well put them to use and make them scan it all, hate feeling like I'm stealing when I'm right in front of them

One of the most over priced value villages I've been to.
Edit. Still one of the worst value villages I've ever been to. The pricing is out of control and on the weekends its like no one works here. Had to have security let me into the washroom.
Won't be back.

Watch the prices

Found the items I was looking for. However prices are still high. I understand it's inflation, but Value Village used to be for the ones who are less fortunate. For prices to be equivalent to their original prices, is unacceptable.

It is pretty clean inside, not going to lie.But about 60% of the stuff is following the recent trends along with $14-$17 price of pants they are now asking for every adult pair

Not a great place.
Especially since it's owned by Walmart

Manager does not follow any protocols or care about retaining your business. Make sure to ask her if the price is correct on items or she'll grab it from you and come back with it labeled as double the cost.

I've been here a few times now, as I live in Portage, and gotta say every time I come here. I always find something! Last two times have been scores in finding Winnipeg Jets jerseys for my kid lol! But definitely something to find in every category! Definitely one of my favorite stops while I'm in Winnipeg! ❤️
However I do know that it is one of the older stores in the city and it definitely use some upgrades to make it flow better etc.

I’m so disappointed in how Value Village has increased their prices for GREATLY used items. The store was organized which is why I gave it 2 stars

Almost everything was useful and in good condition. Just the clothes and footwear section stinks too bad.

This must be the worst Value Village in the city.
The atmosphere feels depressing and the lighting seemed dim. Very dirty place.
Washrooms are locked, like every location, but the doorbell only rings for the back rooms, not the front floor at this location. So I had to hunt down an employee to get access to the washrooms. The cleanliness in there was deplorable.
Found a ton of clothes that were wrongly labelled. They were probably incorrectly priced as well. The disorganization was immense.
NO SEATS AT THE FRONT FOR THE DISABLED.
From other's reviews, they do not follow company standards and protocols, and do not stay on top of store maintenance. (I had to tidy up the clothes off the floor, just so I could shop, as it was way too messy.)
