Lots of items are marked at the same price as new. Need to hunt for the things that are actually marked good. Also, what's up with the plus-size cloths? Do you just throw everything out over size xl? There are seas of medium, almost nothing plus sized. The toy section is a disaster. Nothing has the needed pieces. A few barbies had something like gum stuck in their hair. None of the dolls (barbies, babies, Bratz, ect) have cloths on. I would say a good 90% of the toys are broken/unsellable.LOTS of household items marked like they are collectors items. Glass punch bowl with 4 cups, 39.99. Very old popcorn maker 19.99. The dishes are all missing the rest of the set. Sticker says set of 8 plates, only can find 2. Full Set of 16, only two cups and one bowl anywhere near.

A store for fairly used items, you can get almost all kitchen utensils and household items here at a very affordable price. It's a place to visit for new immigrants and students on budget. The items here aren't new, but can still serve you just like new items gotten from other stores like Walmart, superstore or Canadian tire.

Value Village is well organized, it's almost like a one-stop thrift shop. They occasionally give nice discounts upto 30% or more, registered customers often get mail updates to inform them of new expectations. You'll be pleasantly surprised on valuables you may come across and at very affordable prices.

The price is decent, However quite often Find women's clothing mixed with men's. Not a big deal for me I can usually pick it out. Makes me wonder how many people don't.

The store has pretty good prices and a great selection of items - I guess part of that is thanks to the donors, but this Value Village location always seems to have many new items on a daily basis. Definitely a go-to location when looking for something specific that I could thrift.

Consistently good location for selection of products. Like all valued villages. The prices are a often too high. You have to really pick through. See what you want. Steph seem fine at this location. So odd to see a security guard but these are the times we live in when people are stealing donated used merchandise.

Great stuff but hardly anybody there, prices were above the average thrift stores and they only had 1 cashier, 5 do it yourself! Unbelievable charge higher and not even paying wages that's at least 4 jobs gone. That's just sad, greedy and sad.

Overpriced items where you can get new for the same. They sell broken toys at 5 or 6 dollars when these should be in the trash. I am guessing the rich take advantage of people with limited means is exceptable. I would have given this place a -5 if I could have.

Great selection and great staff!Your prices need to come down though. It does feel like you're gouging for stuff you got for free though!Keep doing what you're doing, but lower your prices. They're WAY TOO HIGH!

Ludicrously overpriced items, they treat their used inventory like its brand new prices. As a place that should have fair prices as a thrift store, they have predatory prices that take advantage of those in financial situations.Do not recommend donating here, as they'll take advantage of those who need it most.

Value village is out of control!!! They are selling used DONATED items for new or more prices. The community they serve has been generous enough to donate their items to them and they turn around and slap and insane price on it and sell it back to them. What a greedy company.
