I lost some cords to my sound bar and sub woofer in between moves and was worried what the cost would be, that maybe I would have to get new ones, but Redi at Visions went to the back and found me some cords at no charge. I am very happy with the customer service at Visions, all locations.

Visions customer service is exceptional! We were in desperate need of a charging cord for our JBL party box and Visions went above and beyond to provide this cord for us in a time crunch.
