I had been dreaming of having my engagement ring and some other jewelry pieces re-imagined into something new. I found Watson Workshop on Instagram, and knew instantly that John's style was exactly what I was looking for. He came up with a design which I fell in love with from the first look. Even through a flooded showroom, John completed my new ring in reasonable time. I would highly recommend Watson Workshop to create your dream jewelry designs.

I highly recommend Watson Workshop! John has an incredible ability to connect with people instantly, making you feel at ease from the start. He is genuine and approachable. After meeting with two other jewelers, I knew immediately that John and his team were the right choice. A significant factor for me was that all custom work is done in-house in Winnipeg, rather than outsourced to another city. This commitment to local craftsmanship made me feel that John and his team are true artisans.
The ring is absolutely stunning and I am thrilled with it! I could sense that John and his team were just as excited as I was when I picked it up.

John and Naomi provided excellent customer service, recommendations, guidance when it came to creating a custom wedding band out of family gold. It is clear from their customer service that they are in this line of work because they truly care about the customer’s experience and creating special pieces for their customers. Their advice was ethical and honest, and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for fine jewellery.

I was blown away by the wonderful customer service! From the first moment in the store, the staff worked with me in designing it. John is an incredibly knowledgeable jeweller. He was able to take my idea, explain to me the pro’s and con’s of the design, and then what they can do to minimize the cons. The ring turned out amazing! The whole experience was fantastic! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase jewelry, give Watson’s Workshop a chance! 10/10 experience!

My fiance and i had our wedding bands made here. Couldnt asked for better service and finished product. John was honest about everything in the process of making the rings, including the cost.
Id recommend Watsons workshop to anyone looking to get custom pieces made. Ill definitely be coming back to get more pieces made in the future.

My Fiance' and I went to Watson Workshop to have my wedding band custom made, and from the moment we walked in we felt like family. We were greeted every time with a smile and a laugh from Tyler and a very genuine ''how are you guys doing?'' Throughout the entire process John was patient, held excellent communication with us, and really went the extra mile to make sure my band was exactly how I wanted it. It's very evident he is a master of his craft, I've never gotten so many compliments on a piece of jewelry before. Super friendly staff and made me feel confident and secure that they would look after the job at hand. Did an absolutely beautiful job putting new claws on along with soldering the three rings back together.
