They sold me a absolute LEMON. I bought a 2011 Ram 1500 Sport in 2019 and had nothing but issues with it since, it even broke down on my way back home. Most recently the entire engine blew, oil everywhere, clanging,knocking and banging sounds from all over the engine. That truck was litterally Sunday driven but was quickly falling apart since the day I bought it. I recently had to sell it because I couldn't afford to fix it anymore with my repair bills stacking up over 4 YEARS and the most recent bill of over $8,000.00 for a truck I paid $30,000.00 for FOUR YEARS AGO!!! This place has left a bad taste in my mouth for Rams, and that was my 3rd Ram already. Not sure if I'll stay loyal to Ram or switch to a more reliable vehicle.

Do not trust this dealership if you are having service done. They inflate charges and leave your vehicle in worst condition than what you brought it in for. They left our vehicle in a dangerous situation where we could have been in a bad accident.

Not good at all. Brought in my 2016 Jeep for a tailgate recall. Waited 3 1/2 hours to service the vehicle.(told me there is no shuttle running on Friday)and it was fixed waited another hour just to tell me it needed a tailgate strut that cost $900.00 to fix.Service is terrible. I was going to trade it for a new Grand Cherokee but forget it due to a very disorganized and poor service dept.I will probably never buy or service a vehicle at this location.If your going to purchase a vehicle at this locations think twice and shop around.

Bought a vehicle here in 2017. Sale was good but service or any follow up after was atrocious.The service team couldn’t organize oral in a brothal, Let alone 2 consecutive repairs in the same day.When you bring up their incompetence you’re greeted by management that can’t admit wrong doing but sees the opportunity to make another sale (at msrp) to “resurrect the issue”6 years later they continue to harass me with phone calls and sales pitches after repeated requests to be removed from the call list.Waverley dodge. Hands down the worst dealership in the city! I called once a few weeks ago to speak to the Finance department and never got my called returned and then called their service department because my heating wasn’t working, they told me to give it a few days and call back if it’s still not working which I did, left a detailed voice memo again and no one called back. I had problems with this dealership about 4 years ago and I can see nothing has improved. Disappointed.

I've been experiencing ongoing issues with an employee named Yadi at Waverly Chrysler Dodge Ram. After purchasing a car that turned out to have numerous problems, Yadi agreed to exchange it for a new one. However, each time I visit the dealership on the agreed date, he postpones the exchange, asking me to return the next day. This pattern has been repeating for over a week. I would never recommend this dealership unless you want to get harassed everyday.

I sent them a detailed private message addressed to the sales manager (they confirmed receipt). They have not bothered to respond. Hopefully they see this and will reach out. In one week I will post a detailed and scathing review if I have not heard from them.The good news is they must be very successful as they certainly don’t want your business.

Please if you're reading this, please note to shop around before making one of the biggest decision of your life in purchasing a car. I message Nicholas back in May of 2023 regarding a Nissan Rouge, and when I got to the dealer I was talked into signing off on a 2023 Jeep Compass. I took it for a test drive and decided to take it. Since then I've had nothing but issue with the interior sensor and back up camera (the camera is now fixed). I let Nicholas and his manager Darcy know right away. I took my jeep in numerous times to try get them fix it and as of today they still haven't fixed it. I sent them videos of the problem from the beginning, at first the manager was thinking it had to do with the fluorescent street lights or the lights have from newer cars. I have all my text and facebook messages for proof. In October 2023 I spoke to the service guy I was dealing with, and he informed me that they were waiting on head office from Calgary. I then told him that I shouldn't have to waited so long, that this issue should have been fixed when I brought it to their attention.Since beginning of December I have been in contact with my caseworker at FCA and she advised me she's been leaving message for a call back and as of today, the dealership has yet to call them back. So in the end I was given a default Jeep Compass and driving around with the interior lights blinking, which is so annoying.I want to inform all my Indigenous brothers and sisters across turtle island. Please be careful when dealing with this dealership!! I would hate for someone else to go through what I've been through.January 26, 2026 - This is In response to your reply. As noted I took my jeep in numerous times to get the issue resolved, and did note that the back up camera was fixed. The sensor has nothing to do with the streets lights. After a weekend of camping and driving on a pitch black road the interior was still blinking and upon arriving in the city that following Monday, I immediately let Darcy know. I sent him and Nicholas videos from the beginning. It's going to be a year in May 2023, absolutely no one reached out to me since the recall upgrade which was done in October 2023. and obviously it didn't fix the problem. I was literally ghosted from that point, no communication!

One of the best buying experiences in my life! My sales consultant was super knowledgeable, funny, and friendly. He got me into my dream jeep under my monthly budget! Kudos to the staff at the store! We will be returning to upgrade my husbands truck in the summer!

I appreciate the apology and understand that mistakes happen, my frustration was the wasted time and money it costs to drive there. I will reach out about the part if it is still available. ThanksI called the dealership today looking for a part for my truck. I was directed to the parts team where the gentlemen proceeded to look up the part and inform me that they indeed did have the part. I asked if they could put it aside and I would be down shortly. He took my name and informed me he would put it on the shelf for pick up. I arrived approximately 30 min later to find out that the parts department closed at 2, it was now 2:20 if I only had 10 min to make the trip I wouldn’t have made the trip… very disappointed and frustrated. Communication isn’t that hard but it’s a lost art. Guess I’ll just order from Mopar direct now…

This dealership has done it all for us. Whatever we needed every little thing they made it all work and have the exact vehicle we want. Thanks to Gurbehj who accommodated us from start to finish and even until now to make sure everything is all good with the vehicle and we are satisfied. Mark from collision centre met me at my appointment. He said they could fix my kia seltos and they ordered the parts and now after 2-3 weeks I called to check the ETA they told me that they never ordered the parts and they couldn’t fix my car. I was calling every week ,everytime they said the parts are back ordered but they were lying and wasted my time. They could have just told me right away even before giving me an appointment that they don’t service kia .

Best Chevy dealer in my opinion, have been to a couple while searching for a C8 and a trail boss. Well being take care off always am there. Teddy is the man to talk to about sales.
