I have an issue with this business selling POLYOL/ISO to the general public for residential use! This product possesses high risk to the environment and should be recycled by the place of origin. This product is not acceptable by product care Manitoba and shouldn’t be sold to the general public. It’s being taken to landfill’s all over Manitoba and it’s not ethically sustainable or responsible!

Product selection is great, however customer service is below average. I stood in the front for 10 minutes and no one had time to take my order. Meanwhile sales staff were taking new phone call orders. Not impressed.

My experience so far with the Winnipeg location has left me desiring more. While they may have a large selection of products, they lack in customer service a bit.My in store experience was that they don't care for my business as the person who "helped" me wasn't interested in providing me the information I wanted (prices). Perhaps they are used to contractors coming in and knowing exactly what they want.Over the phone was more successful. I had a few things explained, however I wasn't told that I'd have to wait on a quote for out of stock material. So when I didn't hear back from someone I was frustrated.On a plus side they do respond to customer complaints. So if you do have an issue they will try and make it right.
