The staff is friendly, helpful, and well-versed in their materials. Customers can use a status card for a discount. While a policy limits the number of customers inside at a time, the visit is worth the wait for the decent pricing and extensive product range.

Had a great time shopping for beads. Very wide selection of colors and sizes. The employees are very kind and helpful!!! Definitely a better experience than other bead stores I have been to. I wish I could come more often!!! Thanks for the great service!!!
