This is a horrible credit union. The website, app, and customer service all suck. Avoid them at all costs.Update: They actually respond to this quickly, that’s amazing. It was quicker than getting one of their own rude employees on the phone after you go through multiple redundant phone trees and wait on hold. This branch treated me like a criminal for some reason. I’m a federal employee on base, at the base bank, depositing a check. I know that looks suspicious but don’t be so obvious about your pointless concerns. My wife wrote a convenience check off her credit card to take advantage of a 0% offer and pay off some higher interest LOCs and such. I tried to deposit that into our shared account. They told me the signature on the check didn’t match hers on file for some reason and threatened to report me for a false signature essentially. I told them call her and see or do whatever they needed and I’d sue them for those false claims if I had to.It’s a check from her on a different account, to our shared APGFCU account. It’s not from some other random person to us. They finally deposited it but put a super long hold on it.I never went back to this location and I never will again. Accounts closed.Their website is horrible and confusing compared to other banks. Same with their app. There’s nothing good to say about this place.

The old fashioned "our customers matter" attitude lives here. If you love feeling like "taking care of your financial needs" is a partnership, this is the place for you! . The Apartments at Charlestown Crossing staff

Dear apgfcu, please just disappear. Systematically close out all customer accounts and just give up. Absolutely terrible everything, too much to list, too mad to actually sit here and think about every detail so that I even could list everything.

Use it for auto loans and personal loans only. Their rates are great.

They treat employees that happened to be single parents of young children or familys with children very badly so to me and some people that see this or know this i would like to say they say they are all about family if they are getting you to get a loan or opening an account like they are all about family but employees are 100% not treated with what they say they stand for that isn't good business harco credit union is so much better they say what they mean and that stands for every one

My wife and I have stopped using APG. Why? There is a ridiculous $0.10 charge per swipe of your debit card if you don't have like $10,000 or more dollars with them. This charge is so unnecessary, no other bank or credit union has anything like it that I've been with. We have moved to Ally Bank.

Much less busier than other locations, if you work/are located around APG, skip the lines and go here.

If fraudulent activity is charged against your VISA check card -- which purportedly "works better than a check" -- good luck getting your money back in any sort of reasonable timeframe. Hundreds of dollars gone for weeks. Physical paperwork and notories required. And this process can't even start until fraudulent transactions that are "pending" (i.e. haven't even posted yet) are allowed to go through. No stopping them in the way you a stop a check. Reason given? "'Your' Credit Union's policy, is anything else I can help you with today?" Blech.
