“4 stars are because of Steven who works in the front office. He took care of me every step of the way even after things weren’t completed correctly. I would rate this business lower if it weren’t for him. I received my truck back and the inside was a mess. It looked like a white dust bomb went off. I had just detailed the vehicle before my accident and it came back as if I hadn’t cleaned it in the 6 years I have owned it. Upon cleaning the vehicle back up I noticed several spots of the vehicle that had white over spray on them. It was clear because all these parts are black. The body work and paint they completed looked factory, so no issue with the work they do. My main concern is the cleanliness and paint over spray upon returning the vehicle to me. Hopefully the employees take more time to make sure this doesn’t happen to future customers. Thank you Steven for all you did to help!”

I began my inquiry online, contacted by Evan who listened to what I wanted and looking for. Evan made the time to show me several options similar to the car I wanted since it was not at their location and explained to me their differences. When I made my choice, it was of no issue to have the vehicle brought to the Aberdeen location and complete the purchase the next day. “Sean Climbs has given me absolute amazing service multiple times. He is the opposite of the stereotype of the mechanic that tells you to get work done that you don't need so they can get more money. He's let me know what needs to be done but at my last service he literally told me to wait another 20k+ miles for a few things that I went in asking for based on the service manual. I love the video they send at the end reviewing the work done and recommendations. It makes it very easy to trust them or at the very least Sean.”

“I highly recommend this business if you need auto body repairs. I have a 2013 BMW that withstood some damage on the front fender . How the damage was sustained is highly classified (lol), but I can tell you there was a hole in the fender about the size of a quarter. Now, let’s be real, I could have spent thousands of dollars to fix that eyesore. But Beavers Auto Body Shop gave me an estimate that did not make me nauseous or faint. In addition, the business is customer oriented, professional, and down-to-earth. And all of those qualities are very important to me as a customer. I stay away from service providers who do not meet that criteria and I certainly do not give them repeat business. “My engine was running hot. Advanced Auto suggested this place since we were out of town and the antifreeze was running out of the car. We were initially told come back Monday. However the reception talked to the mechanic once she found out we were out of town. The mechanic said he would take a look. He did a pressure check and found the hole in the top hose. He said he see this in another Volvo and it is an easy fix. He just needed the part which the receptionist ordered and someone brought to the shop. I had my radiator replaced by Midas in Short Pump Virginia but they did not replace the hose. Thank God for an honest hard working young mechanic who treated us fair and helped us in a tough situation! We truly appreciate you guys so very much! God bless you both. Especially the mechanic Patrick Shorb the owner of Aberdeen Auto Care!!”
