“I had an excellent experience here my first time. My battery died on Sunday and I learned how complicated it is to put a new battery in a Jetta newer than 2018. I called to see if they were able to handle the installation and had a battery in stock. They had it in stock and sent an estimate over immediately after I sent them my VIN. I had my car towed in and they started working immediately. I was done within 30 minutes. Everyone was so helpful and professional.”

“I have purchased 4 vehicles from Preston Chevrolet over the past 6 years, so I have been a loyal and repeat customer for quite some time. My most recent vehicle developed an issue with the sunroof shortly after purchase. I reported the problem at the time and was told the dealership would take care of it; they were just waiting for the necessary parts. Fast forward several months, and there had been significant staffing changes. Unfortunately, the previous conversations and commitment to repair the sunroof had not been documented. When I followed up, I was initially told I would be responsible for a $200 deductible🤯🤬. My issue was never that I couldn't or wouldn't pay the $200. If that had ultimately been the dealership's decision, I would have paid it. However, I also made it clear that it did not make good business sense to lose a loyal customer who has purchased 4 vehicles in 6 years over a $200 deductible—especially for an issue that was reported immediately after purchase and that I had already been told would be taken care of. I would have paid the deductible, but it also would have ended my relationship with the dealership. I eventually spoke with the GM, Eddie, and he completely turned the experience around. He listened to the situation, considered my history as a customer, and understood the bigger picture. He honored the original commitment, took care of the deductible, and provided me with a loaner vehicle to use while my vehicle is being repaired. That is what good customer service and good management look like to me. Problems and miscommunication can happen, particularly when there are staffing changes. What determines whether I continue doing business with a company is how management responds when those problems are brought to their attention. The GM could have focused on a $200 deductible. Instead, he focused on preserving a long-standing customer relationship. Because of how he handled the situation, Preston Chevrolet of Aberdeen retained my business and will continue to be the first dealership I consider when my family needs another vehicle. I appreciate being heard, having my loyalty recognized, and most importantly, having the dealership stand behind what I was originally promised. Thank you for making it right.😀🥳”

“Had my Honda Accord Sport repaired here after damage to the hood and front bumper. Dropped my car off on the July 2nd and had it back by july 10th. Steve from Caliber kept me updated throughout and made the whole process easy, and Doug and the tech team did excellent work on the actual repair. The car looks brand new, panel gaps and paint match are spot on. They also coordinated directly with my State Farm agent (Stephen Simmons’s office), so I didn’t have to manage that back and forth myself. Would trust them again with any bodywork.”

“I highly recommend this business if you need auto body repairs. I have a 2013 BMW that withstood some damage on the front fender . How the damage was sustained is highly classified (lol), but I can tell you there was a hole in the fender about the size of a quarter. Now, let’s be real, I could have spent thousands of dollars to fix that eyesore. But Beavers Auto Body Shop gave me an estimate that did not make me nauseous or faint. In addition, the business is customer oriented, professional, and down-to-earth. And all of those qualities are very important to me as a customer. I stay away from service providers who do not meet that criteria and I certainly do not give them repeat business. After going across the street to AutoZone and waiting for 5 minutes of being waited on, I was told that they didnt have time to put windshield wipers on and that I would have to wait. It was like go somewhere else. Why..no others customers in line..so I went across the street to Advanced Auto Parts and was treated like a queen by Daniel. He was kind and it only took him 3 minutes to put my windshield wipers on and even told me about the warranty to buy. Great job and thank you Daniel for treating me with respect and saving me money. “My engine was running hot. Advanced Auto suggested this place since we were out of town and the antifreeze was running out of the car. We were initially told come back Monday. However the reception talked to the mechanic once she found out we were out of town. The mechanic said he would take a look. He did a pressure check and found the hole in the top hose. He said he see this in another Volvo and it is an easy fix. He just needed the part which the receptionist ordered and someone brought to the shop. I had my radiator replaced by Midas in Short Pump Virginia but they did not replace the hose. Thank God for an honest hard working young mechanic who treated us fair and helped us in a tough situation! We truly appreciate you guys so very much! God bless you both.
