“I highly recommend this business if you need auto body repairs. I have a 2013 BMW that withstood some damage on the front fender . How the damage was sustained is highly classified (lol), but I can tell you there was a hole in the fender about the size of a quarter. Now, let’s be real, I could have spent thousands of dollars to fix that eyesore. But Beavers Auto Body Shop gave me an estimate that did not make me nauseous or faint. In addition, the business is customer oriented, professional, and down-to-earth. And all of those qualities are very important to me as a customer. I stay away from service providers who do not meet that criteria and I certainly do not give them repeat business. “I don’t often write reviews. Autozone has always been my go-to rather than the competitors across the street. I came in for brake pads. We opened the box and found out the hardware from the picture was missing. The manager came over to advise. He called the Autozone the next city over. They said their kit had it, bam we got our answer if it’s supposed to have installation hardware or not. He did a purchase to store transaction where I paid there and drive to the other store. For my troubles he knocked the price down 1/2 off AND threw in a pouch of brake lubricant for free. He damaged out the pads missing the hardware so another customer wouldn’t get them. Now that’s customer service! My experience with them was great. In a world ran by reviews, they deserved this 5-star! Merry Christmas Autozone! Thanks again!”
