“I had an excellent experience here my first time. My battery died on Sunday and I learned how complicated it is to put a new battery in a Jetta newer than 2018. I called to see if they were able to handle the installation and had a battery in stock. They had it in stock and sent an estimate over immediately after I sent them my VIN. “I have purchased 4 vehicles from Preston Chevrolet over the past 6 years, so I have been a loyal and repeat customer for quite some time. My most recent vehicle developed an issue with the sunroof shortly after purchase. I reported the problem at the time and was told the dealership would take care of it; they were just waiting for the necessary parts. Fast forward several months, and there had been significant staffing changes. Unfortunately, the previous conversations and commitment to repair the sunroof had not been documented. When I followed up, I was initially told I would be responsible for a $200 deductible🤯🤬. My issue was never that I couldn't or wouldn't pay the $200. If that had ultimately been the dealership's decision, I would have paid it. However, I also made it clear that it did not make good business sense to lose a loyal customer who has purchased 4 vehicles in 6 years over a $200 deductible—especially for an issue that was reported immediately after purchase and that I had already been told would be taken care of. I would have paid the deductible, but it also would have ended my relationship with the dealership. I eventually spoke with the GM, Eddie, and he completely turned the experience around. He listened to the situation, considered my history as a customer, and understood the bigger picture. He honored the original commitment, took care of the deductible, and provided me with a loaner vehicle to use while my vehicle is being repaired. That is what good customer service and good management look like to me. Problems and miscommunication can happen, particularly when there are staffing changes. What determines whether I continue doing business with a company is how management responds when those problems are brought to their attention. The GM could have focused on a $200 deductible. Instead, he focused on preserving a long-standing customer relationship. Because of how he handled the situation, Preston Chevrolet of Aberdeen retained my business and will continue to be the first dealership I consider when my family needs another vehicle. I appreciate being heard, having my loyalty recognized, and most importantly, having the dealership stand behind what I was originally promised. Thank you for making it right.😀🥳”

Took the truck on a nice test drive he was very comforting and welcoming. There were a couple discrepancies with the vehicle but once I asked them to check it out they had no problem lifting her up and figuring out what the issues were. “Had my Honda Accord Sport repaired here after damage to the hood and front bumper. Dropped my car off on the July 2nd and had it back by july 10th. Steve from Caliber kept me updated throughout and made the whole process easy, and Doug and the tech team did excellent work on the actual repair. The car looks brand new, panel gaps and paint match are spot on. They also coordinated directly with my State Farm agent (Stephen Simmons’s office), so I didn’t have to manage that back and forth myself. Would trust them again with any bodywork.”

“My motorcycle broke down on rt 40 about a mile from auto pro My friend knew him because they were closed l felt funny just leaving my bike l talked to the owner he couldn't be more friendly if My friend Mike says they are a good honest place and he was right the gentleman offered to tow my bike back to my house in Port deposit when you find that kind of help you definitely stay with them,to many people say they know what they are doing till it's month later and they still have not find out what is wrong shade tree mechanics some are good some always end up with extra bolts they forgot were they went, l am basing this from what I seen through 65 years this is a long review because it is hard to find a genuine good guy he could have called the police but instead offered to help me ✌🔥🏍”

How the damage was sustained is highly classified (lol), but I can tell you there was a hole in the fender about the size of a quarter. Now, let’s be real, I could have spent thousands of dollars to fix that eyesore. But Beavers Auto Body Shop gave me an estimate that did not make me nauseous or faint.
