She had repair work done recently and she told me that the employees went above and beyond helping her deal with an insurance company that didn’t want to fulfill their obligations. They made her vehicle look as good as new. she also specifically wanted me to mention that “George was exceptional”!”
“I highly recommend this business if you need auto body repairs. I have a 2013 BMW that withstood some damage on the front fender . How the damage was sustained is highly classified (lol), but I can tell you there was a hole in the fender about the size of a quarter. Now, let’s be real, I could have spent thousands of dollars to fix that eyesore. But Beavers Auto Body Shop gave me an estimate that did not make me nauseous or faint. In addition, the business is customer oriented, professional, and down-to-earth. And all of those qualities are very important to me as a customer. I stay away from service providers who do not meet that criteria and I certainly do not give them repeat business. I appreciate the entire staff of Beavers Auto Body Shop and I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.Service: Body & Trim”
“4 stars are because of Steven who works in the front office. He took care of me every step of the way even after things weren’t completed correctly. I would rate this business lower if it weren’t for him. I received my truck back and the inside was a mess. It looked like a white dust bomb went off. I had just detailed the vehicle before my accident and it came back as if I hadn’t cleaned it in the 6 years I have owned it. Upon cleaning the vehicle back up I noticed several spots of the vehicle that had white over spray on them. It was clear because all these parts are black. The body work and paint they completed looked factory, so no issue with the work they do. My main concern is the cleanliness and paint over spray upon returning the vehicle to me. Hopefully the employees take more time to make sure this doesn’t happen to future customers. Thank you Steven for all you did to help!”
