4 stars are because of Steven who works in the front office. He took care of me every step of the way even after things weren’t completed correctly. I would rate this business lower if it weren’t for him. I received my truck back and the inside was a mess. It looked like a white dust bomb went off. I had just detailed the vehicle before my accident and it came back as if I hadn’t cleaned it in the 6 years I have owned it. Upon cleaning the vehicle back up I noticed several spots of the vehicle that had white over spray on them. It was clear because all these parts are black. The body work and paint they completed looked factory, so no issue with the work they do. My main concern is the cleanliness and paint over spray upon returning the vehicle to me. Hopefully the employees take more time to make sure this doesn’t happen to future customers. Thank you Steven for all you did to help!

Steve Fillmore was absolutely phenomenal. He helped me in every possible way. I would definitely go back and do my business there again great atmosphere and very welcoming.

I stopped by Caliber Collision in Aberdeen today to see if they could remove some paint from the left fender on my car that resulted from another car slightly contacting my car in a parking lot. Taylor and Doug looked at the minor damage and offered to buff the damaged area immediately. They were great! They had my car fixed in a few minutes and it looked like it was never damaged.

Everyone at the shop was extremely nice and great to work with. They had my vehicle back and ready to me as quickly as they could even throughout the holiday week. Anytime I called with questions they answered with easy to understand explanations. I even had a few items left behind in the vehicle while my car was being worked on and they helped me get a hold of those items immediately. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone as they will be sure to do the best work and provide the best customer service you’ll ever have getting work done on a vehicle. I returned my car back better than it was before👍🏼

If I could give 10 stars I would. The service and professionalism here is exceptional. Steve and Doug helped turn a bad situation (dealership issue) into a great experience for me. I highly recommend Caliber Aberdeen to anyone in the area looking for good quality service. They are simply just good people!

Calliber collision did great work to my vehicle about 2 years ago . But I had a part on back order that I’ve been waiting for , for 2 years getting the tun around .. THANKS to my guy STEVEN FILMORE at Aberdeen location who came in and saved the day …. 👍🏾 see steve he getting things done ..

My service at Caliber Collision was beyond exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the shop up until I picked up my car, the manager and her team were extremely nice, personable and very professional. They even finished my car ahead of schedule. I hope my car doesn't get into another accident but if it does and needs body work, Caliber Collision it is!!! I absolutely recommend them for auto repairs.

It took 79 days to repair my Vehicle. Every time it was a different story about the status of my car. Caliper collision never went through the BMW manufacture to requisition the part until they were prompted to do so.I will never use their service again…..never.

Jessie's customer service is above and beyond! She really outdid herself and went extra miles! She took care of everything from the beginning to the end with difficult tasks that she did not have to do! Although my car was a total loss I will never forget how she still cared for the vehicle, made the process easy for me and comforted me while I was emotional. She treated me like family instead of a customer and I will always appreciate her for that! ♥
