My partner, dog and I were driving on I-95N when we got a flat. When we got to Firestone, the techs had my vehicle in the garage in no time. Unfortunately, the tire could not be patched, and a tire that fit my car was not available until after the holiday weekend. However, James and the amazing folks at Firestone literally bent over backward to get us a tire to get us back home to Pennsylvania. Not only that, but they were kind enough to let us stay in the waiting room with our dog during one of the hottest days of the year. I can honestly say that we were extremely lucky, and extremely grateful, to come across a shop full of the kindest, most generous folks around. The experience was the epitome of top-notch customer service. If I lived in the area I happily would go here for regular service and maintenance.

Hi all. I don't usually review places, but I have to share what happened to my vehicle. A year ago I went in and had my front pads and rotors replaced. While doing the work, the worker broke something on my car and they had to order a part. I then had to have someone come pick me up and take me to work the next morning. Ever since I had the brakes replaced here they made a screeching noise. This is 100% my fault for not taking it back. However, today I'm having the front pads and rotors completely replaced again after only 13 months. The employees here were very nice. However, the work was not done correctly. I recommend taking your repairs somewhere else.

My car broke down on 95N and I ended up at Firestone. Nicole & her team was very respectable and considerate of my situation. I’m not from Aberdeen MD, so it was frustrating with my family to be stuck in an unfamiliar place but the Employees of this establishment was so empathetic and treated us with respect. Although the work on my failed transmission couldn’t be conducted, they made sure they referred me to a reputable company that can do for me. So please do not hesitate and visit them, it’s worth it. And I never say that lol

I took my car to have the oil changed on 6/24 but they did not have any available openings. They suggested I make an appointment and I did for 12:00 on 6/25. When I arrived to my appointment, I asked how long it would take and was told it would be 1 to 1.5 hours. Three hours later my car still was not done. I understand that things happen, but do not understand the lack of customer service. No one ever came to let me know about the extra time required or apologize for the inconvenience. My husband took a look under the hood when I got home and was disappointed with what he saw; oil spilled all over and was sprayed up near the windshield. We will not be returning to Firestone in the future.

I always receive exceptional quality customer service from the Store Manager, Mr. James Galagarza, Service Manager, Mr. Bernard Faison and from Katarina, Sales and Service Specialist. Consistently a pleasant experience whenever coming here and always receive great service
from all the staff. Surpassing my expectations on every concern! I highly recommend this store location to everyone. I promise, you won't be disappointed! Have a Blessed day....

I came in just for a diagnostic on my air conditioner. They said because I had installed an aftermarket radio, they couldn't figure out how to turn on the air. When I went to pick up the car the person who waited on me was more upset that I didn't donate money to the boys and girls club than diagnosing my car trouble and when I got in my car someone had turned the radio all the way up. I promise not to return.
