Preston Ford of Aberdeen is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Evan, Jeff, and the rest of their staff are friendly, professional and very customer service oriented. I began my inquiry online, contacted by Evan who listened to what I wanted and looking for. Evan made the time to show me several options similar to the car I wanted since it was not at their location and explained to me their differences. When I made my choice, it was of no issue to have the vehicle brought to the Aberdeen location and complete the purchase the next day. I did not feel rushed, haggled, or pressured at any time of our transaction. Overall very comfortable experience. Go see Evan at the Aberdeen location if you are looking for a car!!

Shout out to our salesman Derick and the GM Jeff for the beat buying experience I have EVER encountered! WOW would be an understatement. Derick was professional and very timely in anything I had questions about. We came 3 hours away in Virginia based on the customer service Derick provided from afar. We arrived this morning to take delivery of our Mustang Mach-E and it was fully charged washed and right up front! To top it all off the GM, Jeff came over to introduce himself and made us feel at home. There were hand shakes awaiting us from Jeff and Derick after signing paperwork, what more could you ask for in a car buying experience! If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle do yourself a favor and look no further than Preston Ford of Aberdeen, these guys are the real deal! Thanks fellas!

Had some pressing issues to address before agreeing to a deal, but thr team at Preston Ford (especially Craig and Jeff) were very helpful and made it easy to make the deal. Love the new Mustang Mach-e.

Had a great experience with the young lady in service. I had a recall on my truck, came in, she instantly knew the problem and informed me that unfortunately the part was on a national back-order averaging 4-5 months to get. She put me in a loaner, explained the timeline and situation and called me 6 days later to tell me they got the part and already had my truck ready to go in under a week. 5 stars!

I just recently to my vehicle into Preston Ford of Aberdeen for service. The overall experience was great. The service advisor explained the issue and repair of the part. I would certainly recommend my family & friends to this facility for any future repairs.
