25 bucks for fries soda and cheesesteak . Let me say I’m down to pay that but these are not over stuffed or worth the money. There are tons of places in md for cheese steaks . Skip this place go to Wendy’s or Nathan’s.

I waited for 30 mins for 2 cheesesteaks when no one was in line. There was one man in front of me who's order needed to be fixed 4 times. The cheesesteaks smelled bad and tasted worse. The bread was soggy within 30 seconds of being wrapped and given to me. No apology or advisory of the long wait due to making many mistakes with the previous customer's order. Staff seemed uninterested in showing any level of customer service. I emailed corporate for a refund because it was $40 for 2 very gross cheesesteaks that we did not eat and they lack the professionalism to respond. I think I may take this to BBB just for the principle. Seems like this place serves low quality food for outrageous prices and won't take responsibility for their shortcomings.

Avoid this food joint. Took them 40 mins to serve one cheesestake on Dec 31st. Awful taste and smell, could not even eat the food ( $15 for one cheesesteak). Guy was super super slow, moving in snail speed. I think they were serving very old meat, no taste at all. Nathan’s were serving so fast. My money is in the drain.

This place is laughably horrible. Heed all these bad reviews. Just stay away. A sub (cheesesteak, sort of), fries and soda for $24. And I know, these travel stops are priced like airports, but still, the food was terrible. They were out of salads and condiments. And apparently vegetables too. Just look at this sorry excuse for a cheesesteak.I haven't been to many Jerry's Subs in my life, but after trying this one, I'll probably never go to another.Someone should do Maryland a favor and pull the plug on this one.

Staff is friendly and food is good but I bought 2 slices of pizza and a fries for 25$.I only had half a little bag of fries as staff isn’t allowed to fill them more than that.My message is to the cheap owner.You’re a madafucken thief.

Absolutely disgusting. Not sure what it was we just ate but it wasn't a cheesesteak. It looked like a cheesesteak, but I sure didn't taste like one. Should have looked at reviews before ordering. Someone needs to do society a favor and just close this place down.

Long wait for the food. I waited like a half and hour just to get food. They are slow in the kitchen, and It is now a convenient place to go when traveling.

Was there on a Monday. There was only 1 person in line in front of me, and it still took over 20 minutes to get my cheesesteak after ordering. The staff were not rude but didn't really seem to care. The Nathan's and Wendy's in this place were cranking out orders super fast. Jerry's was a bust.

What the hell happened to Jerry's? Years ago I remember them having the best Philly I'd ever eaten. What they made here is an absolute abomination of the original recipe... literally looks like they scooped up sh*t and put it on a roll. Also paid close to $20 for like an 8inch pile of crap... they didn't add lettuce onion tomatoes or any sauces... tasted what it looked like.
