My experience with metro was absolutely exceptional. The staff was experienced and very knowledgeable. They were extremely friendly, through, and approachable. Madeline & Trinity were absolutely wonderful , and they recommended what I should get based on what I needed. I will NEVER be going to any other metro and they have secured a lifelong customer, even though my hometown is in Virginia Beach.

I have nothing but good things to say about Metro PCS.MD. We have been with Metro for about 10 yrs. My partner bought me an upgraded Galaxy phone. Chrystal sold it to us she was very nice to deal with. And Sean is the man to see he is the PHONE WIZARD. Thank you Sean and Chrystal for all your help. These employees are an asset to Metro PCS in Aberdeen Md.

I purchased a revvl 4 phone from this location and it's been trouble ever since the staff is uncourteous and the customer service Representatives from metro by T-Mobile are liars they are a rip off and sell defective products.

I was very disappointed with the service i received at this store.First i went there to check out a phone he asked for my password which i gave him i asked how much the phone was total cost he gave me three different prices at which point i decided i did not want the phone, as i was walking out he was like hey i already activated this phone i was like i said i wasn't getting the phone, he then processed to tell me i didn't say that, so rather than argue i bought the phone to only have it for 2 days before there was no sound on the phone the speaker didn't work.At which time i went back and he told me i had it for mor than 1 hour talk time so he couldn't refund me my money , and i would have to take it up with the corporate office .He told me they would replace my phone at the store Lie , i got to the store waited 30 mins to be seen standing outside in the rain because of Covid only so many people are allowed in and now its been a week and still no new phone.Please there are plenty of Metro stores do not support this one.
