Arrived at 9 am with a blown-out rear tire and they took me in right away. Two new tires for my all-wheel-drive vehicle, and I was out of there within an hour. Excellent customer service and reasonably priced.

I had a flat tire on vacation on a Sunday evening and needed a replacement fast. I was able to make an online appointment for first thing the next morning. Both Ken and the tech were very professional and helpful and got me on my way quickly. Very pleased with the service.

Went in for a wheel alignment then got BRAND NEW tires put on the same week just for them to look like this 2 months later. This is ridiculous and they clearly did NOT give me an alignment. Now I will have to buy brand new tires AGAIN. I don’t recommend this place for anybody.

Mr. Tire was very accommodating as I had another appointment two doors down. I was able to drop my car off, go to my appointment and my car was done within the hour and ready for pickup.

Started losing air in two of my tires on the way down to florida. Pulled off of 95 and stopped in here. They got me in right away.Had the problem fixed in twenty minutes and I was back on the road. Highly recommend this place!

Mr. Tire Bad Business Practices
Reference: Intentional Up Sales Of Parts Not Need!!!
I recently went to Mr. Tire, in Aberdeen, Maryland obviously to purchase new tires at the suggestion of a friend.
My appointment was earlier this month, October 2025. Midway through my service visit, the manager came to tell me about three other potential problems that needed to be replaced with new parts…The air filter, cabin air filter and battery, (at which he said was badly corroded with leaking battery acid.) At the suggestion of my needing the replacement parts I replied that I was going to take my car back to the dealer for service repairs and to have my fairly new battery looked at and if necessary, replaced since I had purchased the, (84 month/seven year), battery from the dealer less than two years ago.
My visit to the car dealer, at which I originally purchased my brand new car, proved that my car passed all inspections points, (including the air filter, cabin air filter and battery, without needing to be replaced), with an OK rating result. However, if I would have been gullible enough, would have cost me an additional $370.00 above the cost of the purchased tires for labor services and parts I absolutely did not need.

Setting up an appointment or a Tow truck dropping off my car, it’s always seem less at Mr. Tire. Every one is super friendly and helpful and the price is never ridiculous. They are also honest and never try to sell me anything I don’t need.
