I would not recommend working here
This place is a joke they have trainers who can't even speak English and when there no work the expect you to walk around and clean and don't get me started on peak season they hire way to many people where people are literally trying to battle over work stations because there isn't that many work stations for putwalling and packing and if your a picker that's a whole different story they expect you to pick up to 400 to 1000 an hr like wtf

Not a great place to work at. Very little pay and they have all kind of rules to make you not want to be there. Also noticed They don’t sanitize the wearable devices when workers have finished and the next day they just hand out any device to anyone which can cause infections to spread.(Edit) 1 week After posting this I see that they have set up a desk for sanitation so that’s a Good step forward.

If I could give 0 stars I would, Sephora is racist & homophobic. I’ve been working there since Monday April 1st 2024 & it’s been nothing but pure hell, my girlfriend & her brother also worked there with me also we started at the same day & we ride the same transportation back & forth so today April 4th our assignment got terminated because we had to leave early due to an family emergency, & the lady’s at the cubicle a old skinny lady & a fat old lady decided to be rude because we had to leave early and then later today we all had a phone call & email saying that our assignment was ended due to Sephora not being pleased with our performance when our numbers was high. I just felt as if they was going to fire us for leaving early they could’ve did it when we left instead of being petty & racist because we all is African American, don’t work here they have favorites & you can’t use the bathroom or anything without coordinators following you, or popping up because you left your station for 3 mins for a bathroom stop. They are like you’re parents so unprofessional & they treat & talk to you any kind of way. This is the worse job I’ve ever worked at & I’ll never work at Sephora distribution center ever again.

Staff is racist! If you don’t tolerate them talking any type of way to you they will find a reason to fire you! I was one of the TOP packers and put wallers. However, MS.ELLA (African American lady with glasses who is a coordinator) is amazing she truly made my short time here enjoyable she taught me so much about the job in such a short period of time! This company truly doesn’t deserve HER. All the other coordinators MELVIN, CHRISTY, SUSAN, CELESTE ARE DISGUSTING AND RUDE! Be aware and if you love your job and need help or have any questions you really need answered go to or ask for or FIND MS.ELLA !!!!

Pretty clean work environment. Not too strenuous of a job. During a holiday season people who are already hired through the company to get the opportunity to pay $20 per box for make up which is pretty cool.

When there for their open house hiring event. The line was long, however they managed to get everyone in and interviewed in no time at all. I'm excited to start working there.
