The reviews are not wrong, my first time walking in there was a lady with pink hair who was rude. The gentleman helping me explained she was having a bad day. I mistakenly signed up for a box. I’ve gone 3 times to pick up my packages and there’s constantly just 1 person helping customers. I asked the lady putting boxes away if she can grab mine, since she was right there next to it, she told me I had to wait in line.
I don’t have 15 minutes to wait to pick up my package. I use UPS stores throughout the country and this is unfortunately one of the worst ran ones:
Maybe the 4th time picking up my package will be the lucky time.

If I could give negative stars I would. The service manager for printing is not customer friendly. When I come in to get a print job she acts like she's doing me a favor printing my documents, she doesn't give a greeting just comes sits down besides you and starts printing what you need. I absolutely hate her service and unfortunately she is the only one that knows how to print what I need. When I corrected her behavior her and the staff said I'm disturbing their store. No need to worry about that anymore. Staples may be a drive and more expensive but at least the staff is super friendly and super helpful.

I went to this location today and was so disappointed in the service level. The attendant was short, rude, and full of attitude!!!! She informed me that I needed to send the Amazon label to their email, pointed at a barcode on the counter and turned away. I asked for guidance and she responded with, it will say share label on your phone. She again turned away as if to say, don’t bother me. After a couple of minutes unsuccessfully trying to figure it out I attempted to make eye contact by stepping to the side she was looking into and turned further away!!!! At that point I got the message and walked away.
This store used to be such a pleasure to visit. You were greeted with a hello when you entered and communicated with in a joyful and pleasant manner. Those days are GONE!!!!!!!!

My daughter went to this store with her SERVICE dog and was put out of the store because the owner claimed that one of his employees is allergic to dogs. When I called to complain he stated that his business is a private business, therefore he doesn't have to abide by the federal law regarding service animals. He felt that because my daughter didn't make a fuss, it was fine and he was within his rights. We will be pursuing this matter further but anyone out there who has a service animal - I wouldn't recommend doing business with this establishment until they learn (and they will) what the law states.

This location had my package sitting at their store for over a week. I’m not sure what the issue was, but my package was supposed to be delivered on Monday last week and I didn’t receive it until over a week later. This UPS location is no more than 20 minutes from me. It shouldn’t have taken over a week for me to receive my package.

The whole staff is rude you say thank you they don’t respond it is dark and dirty in the store definitely not world class customer service.

I am submitting this feedback regarding my husband’s recent experience at this location. He visited the store to request document printing and binding but was met with a dismissive and impolite response from a staff member. Despite his inquiries, he was repeatedly told—rudely and abruptly—that the service was not available and that he would need to return the next day. The staff member even went so far as to tell him to leave.
This type of treatment is entirely unacceptable. I urge the store to ensure that employees are fully informed about the services offered before turning customers away. Furthermore, no customer should ever be asked to leave simply for seeking assistance. I hope this matter is addressed to improve future customer experiences.

Great service. So helpful and quick. Had everything I needed
