This Walgreens provides a very pleasant experience with fast and helpful service. The store is very clean and nice. Employees at the register are always ready to help and will instantly open up another line if it gets too long. They are friendly and efficient. The pharmacy staff are usually very busy with lines inside and outside at the drive-thru, but they are always kind, professional, and prompt. They fill prescriptions very fast and pickup is smooth. The customer service is great, handling urgent requests efficiently. Staff members handle difficult situations with impressive grace and professionalism. Whether for a prescription, picking up OTC medications, or using other services like photo printing, customers report no problems and consistently good service.

Absolutely the worst customer service, avoid at all costs! They told me 30 min ago that my prescription would be ready, then closed for lunch without it. If you call them be prepared for a very long hold while waiting to get someone to talk to!!! Totally unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!

It doesn't matter when you call, you will sit in hold for over an hour. It's ridiculous.
