I was picking up a DoorDash order and I walked in n was super friendly, n I just wanted to just get a cup of water. Not only did the soda machine not have a water option, when I asked if they had water for cups( I didn’t feel like buying a bottle of water I just wanted a little cup) he told me the sink had water… . I get to the register n he tells me I gotta pay for the water, n I really wasn’t mad about it but I jokingly said waters free everywhere else. he said good for them n was so sasssyyy n passive aggressive 😂 for what lol. U really gonna charge me for sink water. Yikes

Perhaps 1 star isn’t fair, but it’s crazy to me that I was to be charged for the 4 little creamer (to go creamer) with my coffee because my coffee was already made. I was under the impression those creamers are intended for to go use. I’ve been here a few times, other than this it’s the same as any other 7-eleven. Nothing special, nothing bad, maybe it’s just my understanding of the to go creamers. Are they even in the system at the cash register, or do you just make up a price for them?

They practice price gouging for solar naturals salt 40lb bag, large 24.99 plus tax when the exact same bags at home depot and other stores are only 7.67 plus tax. This is going to be fun. Update to the response from them, cannot access the site because there account is suspended lol.

I bought hundreds of dollars of scratch off tickets for my clients for the holidays. The 7 11 employee failed to properly scan and activate the new pack he had to open and now my clients can't cash in their winnings and when they go into this store, where they were bought, they are told they need to see the manager who isn't there.

Rude experience and this is the first. A heavy set brown woman with short hair had me waiting forever to be served. When she did wait on me she acted as if I was a bother. She had a real chip on her shoulder. I wasn’t even acknowledged or greeted. Definitely not use to this at all.

I dropped my dog off at the vet at 8am sharp, so I was in pajamas.
The (assumed) GM of the store, an older, stocky man with white-grey curly hair, usually sporting a light red 'wildwood' baseball cap (go figure he refuses to put his nametag on) glared me down the second I walked in.
I got a large coffee and asked where the napkins/tissue are, to which he just glared at me. I asked twice and he just stared me down. I just get a meal replacement drink.
When I approached the counter he visibly sneered and went to the back as he made the teenager check me out. He sat in the backroom, arms crossed, and gave me a look that could kill as I just..checked out. That's it, that was the whole transaction. I stepped in and he was instantaneously hostile. What a freak dude

Very unprofessional, very impolite.If you ask them to be polite and professional the owner will call to the police and ask to band you for one year. So frustrating best way to prevent it is stop support these businesses.??????
