Way understaffed. The wait was long to see a teller. But friendly once we got to the teller.

Today I had a great experience with the associate named Lily, the manager, & the woman training with Lily. We had a terrible experience at another BOA location before deciding to come here & coming here was a breath of fresh air. We left feeling very relieved after a stressful day.
