Liz is an amazing and very helpful pharmacist The problem is there is just usually one person working in the window versus at least four or five that work at the Bel Air store I think it's just a matter of availability of the help It's a good pharmacy though You know it's going to be busy and you just have to be patient

Extremely long line and the only person waiting on customers just walked away. There's no one here. Worst CVS ever. Btw it's 710 pm. Not lunchtime. Closes at 8. Correction there is one person working here, filling prescriptions, doing consultations, giving vaccines, and waiting on customers. I'd leave but I've already invested 30 minutes and need this medicine today. Really ridiculous place. Never coming back. No one who works here cares!!P. S. The one person working here happens to be the slowest person in the state.

Liz and the team here are a perfect example of what CVS represents. above and beyond. great communication, great customer service, and take pride in their work. i couldn’t recommend this location more. after having bad experiences with the CVSs near Baltimore, i had my RX transferred here. Liz took care of everything within an hour. unbelievably good, they all deserve a raise, especially when compared to other locations. 20/10.

We have been using the CVS pharmacy at the Abington target for several years now and it is without a doubt the best pharmacy we’ve ever worked with. the staff is courteous, professional, and work very hard to get you your prescriptions and get you in and out of the pharmacy as quickly as possible. Even though there’s another CVS, closer to our house, we would never consider switching because of the great job that they do all the time, we couldn’t be more pleased!

This location is not only the worst CVS I've ever experienced, it is the worst pharmacy. I have been picking up medicines for my husband (our insurance requires CVS and this is the closest one - still not convenient) for over a year and they haven't yet gotten a single prescription correct. Even though his app tells him the prescription is ready, when I get there it never is. When they are actually open during their scheduled hours, there is always at least a 30 minute wait and then there is still something wrong. For example, after saying I needed to wait for 30 minutes, I came back and they didn't even have them!! They have billed the wrong insurance, then blamed me for not giving them the information even though it was in their screen and the app correctly. They have filled 90 day prescriptions for 30 and didn't tell me there was an insurance issue until after I questioned the amount (this was after waiting 45 minutes for a prescription which the app said was filled and waiting). Their staff is inept at best. When you point out a problem with their service or with them making you wait 45 minutes for a medicine they don't actually have (they could have easily called me back to the pharmacy over the loudspeaker or at least called or texted my husband to let us know so we didn't waste time) the pharmacist then tries to "educate" you patronizingly about insurance. I know how my insurance works, I have never had a problem with insurance, except when billed by this pharmacy. We have switched to a different location further away. When I mentioned to the pharmacy tech at the other location where we have successfully now had several prescriptions filled with zero issues, that they were much better she said they hear that all the time. It is ridiculous that I have to drive 20 minutes past this location to get prescriptions filled correctly but that is what we will be doing from now on. We are trying to source a different chain which is a block from our house if the insurance will let us because of that fact.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over a year now, and the staff members are great. They are extremely helpful with questions about medications and always help with prescription discounts when I need a prescription that my plan does not cover.

It's astoninshing how consistently bad one place can be. My wife goes to pick up my prescription one day and they told her it would be a 30-minute wait. Ok, no problem- shop around Target then come back, right? 30 minutes later, they tell her they actually don't have it and won't until the next day. Two days later she goes to pick it up and is greeted with the attached photo.

had the absolute best experience at this pharmacy. i was out of town and had a whole mix up with my prescription. they were so patient and kind and got it sorted out for me. awesome staff :)

Hands down the worst of the worst. I every time we come the RX is never ready or their supply is expired. I was told my daughters RX would be ready at 3, came at 6:45 no record in the system.

This CVS is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used ! Customer service is non existent. Save yourself some aggravation and never go here!!

ZERO STARS!! TERRIBLE! Ever since CVS took over they are HORRIBLE! Poor customer service, poor attitudes, NO COMMUNICATION between staff.I have transferred every single prescription and WILL NEVER buy anything from any CVS again!!

I've used this pharmacy for years to fill my son's medication. Over the last few months, the customer service is next to nonexistent! Today, after multiple calls and constant miscommunication I called to complain to the manager. And her constant response to every statement I made was "ok." As a customer that's infuriating! Be a manager and show empathy and be apologetic. This is the last month I will use their Services.

This is the 2nd time I've had a raised brow at this location - We're all walking around with mask and gloves it was rather ALARMING & DISTURBING to see the pharmacy personal who actually handle medication in the back gloveless and without mask on (One female was rubbing her nose n stroking her hair then went right back to working) - I asked if they had been tested and the response was no - we just monitor our temperature Hmmmmm comforting - Nooooo Notttt

I have got to agree with the majority of people reviewing this CVS. John the pharmacy technician has always been pretty abrasive when dealing with patients. Not entirely sure what's going on there. I came to pick up my prescription after they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes when I came to the counter he yelled from behind the shelf that the order was just placed today and that it's not ready yet. He hadn't spoken a word to me before that and I was primarily dealing with a different lady. I'm not sure that some of them realize that a lot of us rely on these medications for different reasons, that we are customers, and that we deserve patience and respect just as much as they do. The lady at the counter was very polite and rectified the situation. Some of the younger staff even go as far as to gossip behind the counter as if you're not standing directly in front of them. Highly unprofessional and rude and they clearly don't enjoy their jobs. I would definitely consider another pharmacy
