Good people, Good Prices, Good work. I've stopped here to have my car gas tank opened after it's gotten stuck; in the past. The tech was super friendly and helpful, took some time out of his day to help me out, and get me back on road. I'm currently getting my car serviced here. I keep them busy with prices they offer on general service, lol. (I drive 2012 Honda Crosstour)

Called up in the morning of the last day before holiday break. They were able to get my car in to have a look at a strange noise AND were able to get the part replaced and me back on the road the same day within a few hours.

My family and I have been coming to DJ's for a couple years now and I can 100% say they are the most genuine, honest car repair facility I have dealt with. Wether it was a tire or when I wrecked my truck they diagnosed the issues fast and honest, and got me finished quick with the job done right. There has been 2 instances I have been there with problems outside of what they can do, and instead of charging for a diagnostic fee, they sent the diagnosis along with separate info to a company down the street they trusted, as well as towed my car there for free. Everyone is friendly and respectful, and you never have to worry about being taken advantage of. If you are in the area (even if you're not) I would 100% recommend DJ's to anyone if you need reliable, correct, and honest work done to your vehicle

There was an error with the original estimate I was given and the new one was several hundred dollars more than what I originally signed off on. Was told that they would give me roughly $10 to make up for the mistake. The bill was over $1,300…. I went else where and was charged around $850 for the same thing.

OVERPRICED AND INCONSISTENT!!
My first visit here was to get tires put on to my Mercedes. I received a quote for 4 new tires. I thought that the price given was a bit expensive so I did a little research and cut that amount almost $400 cheaper. After receiving the service, I was told that I needed a brake light fixed. There were no brake light issues come to find out.
Desperate to receive additional car services I went back to them again to perform an oil change. My original quote was priced 3 weeks prior to my appointment. At the time of my appointment, I was charged almost 30 bucks more than I was priced originally. I was told that because oil was ordered that morning, same day as my appt, that I was charged more (I made this appointment 3 weeks).
Never again!

DJs Car Care saved me! I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Take5 Oil Change in Bel Air. While I was there I had them do a radiator flush. A little over a week later, I was low on coolant so I tried to remove my coolant reservoir cap and it was broken. I took my vehicle to DJs after an auto parts stores recommendation. I had to have my coolant reservoir replaced and my water pump replaced. After speaking to the staff, they told me , they have had other people recently with issues after going to Take 5 oil change. Lesson learned. I've reached out to Take5 and haven't heard back, surprise. Go to DJs ! Avoid Take5 !!!!

A recent experience speaks volume about their customer care, their attention to detail and their drive to make things right for the customer.

I have been a happy customer of DJ's since 1992. They have taken excellent care of our family's American and Japanese made cars. I traded in one of our cars with 278,000 miles on it and am still sorry I did so. They have recently worked on my son's car (280,000 miles) which we plan on keeping for another 100,000 miles under DJ's care. Back in the 60's and 70's I repaired my own cars so I am familiar enough to know their work is excellent and they are not doing anything unnecessary. They have always kept our cars safe and running well. Their customer service is outstanding as is their honesty. Over the years I have recommended them to friends all of whom have thanked me and continue to use DJ's. Many thanks to DJ, and both his administrative and mechanical staff - - they are the best of the best!

DJ’s is awesome. Took my car in today for an issue and it was handled professionally and accurately. Brittney at the front counter is an asset to the company as well. She is personable and very pleasant. If you have a car issue, take it here, you won’t be disappointed.
