The most inattentive bank I have ever dealt with. I moved because BOA charges $25.00 a month service charge. But they treat me with kindness and respect. I am so out of there.

Worst Banking Experience I have ever had. They seem not to care about the customer regardless of how long you have been banking with them.

They only have 1 teller working and she is so slow. Waited in drive-thru for over 15 minutes because there was 1 customer inside the branch. Wasn't even acknowledged until after waiting 10 minutes. They either need more staff or someone who can handle the job. Basic customer service isn't hard
