I regularly come to the store but the last three times it has been closed with no sign indicating any changes in time or if closed permanently. And it is 2:30 in the afternoon so it should be open. This is a real inconvenience.

As I parked I saw, what looked to be, the employee opening up for the day (10:18am). I figured I’d wait a couple minutes (maybe they weren’t having the best morning running late). Then they left, locked up, and drove off. Frustrating that hours are advertised as 10-8 but nobody there to keep the store open. No signage on door advising that hours would be different due to staffing or anything of that regard.

I TRIED to shop here today at 6:30. The door was locked, lights on, and no sign in window. The store hours online says Open until 8. When I called them at 7 they said they are open and I can come back. Employee stated he just got there. That left a bad taste in my mouth.

I went into the store, there was a heavy set white man working. He was in the back on the phone (personal call). He never greeted me, never said thank you or anything after ringing me up. He was more friendly to the person on the phone than he was to me. This store would have to be my last resort before I step foot back in there.

Usually pretty decent experience. Easy enough to go in and out. Knowledgeable friendly staff. However tonight went to get preworkout just after 6pm. To my surprise the door was locked. Then shortly after the light were off and the store was closed. I had to go up the road to the Vitamin Shoppe.

Good location and looks like a lot of product variety. I was specifically looking for Lean1 products and unfortunately, this store does not carry that product line, but the salesperson was very helpful to look it up. Had to go to the Vitamin Shoppe in Bel Air to get what I needed. Let me know if you start to carry Lean1 because your store is more convenient for me to patronize.

Location is quick and easy to get in and out of. The service was quick and helpful. They will try to talk you into getting their card and will usually try to up-sell you on their promotions (like most places do). Selection was pretty decent and it is conveniently located next to the Planet Fitness.
