The team in Abingdon is fantastic! Friendly front desk staff, great customer service! They kept me updated on the status of the work being done on my vehicle. Goodyear Abingdon takes very good care of me!!

My passenger window would not go up. I reset multiple times. Could tell something more was wrong. So greatful I could be seen asap and the window motor was replaced the same day!! Very stressful driving with trash bags taped to an open window! Thank you for fixing my car!!

Watch out they will most likely try to scam you. All of these national chain tire shops actually. Every single one has tried to get me. This one told me I needed over $2000 worth of work, of course I declined as you should too, and took it to my mechanic friend today. He said it was all totally fine, they lied. Not to mention the price they gave me for the work I didn't need was absolutely outrageous. I'm a tradesman in a work van, they should know that I would know better. Imagine what they would do to a poor old lady that doesn't know about cars or have mechanic friends. You can get your tires here just beware they'll always try to tack on extra work at an outrageous price at these places

Took my Subaru to this Goodyear in February for routine maintenance. Got a call saying they would need to replace the brake pads which wasn’t surprising so I let them do it. Cost was $700. Now in July, I hear one of the brakes making a scrapping sound like the pad is worn down . My dad and I took the tire off to check what was going on. Goodyear did replace the the brake pads but placed the caliper on too tight with no type of lubricant so it squeezed the pads awkwardly causing one pad to do all the work and the other not even used.
We did some homework and replaced it ourselves this time.
The people running this Goodyear were so nice. I’m SO disappointed this happened. I’m so spooked, I will not be back.

Had a bubble form in a recent tire I got at pepboys. In which pepboys were no help when I called them. However, Goodyear got me in right away on short notice. Since it was one tire. They allowed me to come in and squeezed me in where they could. Since I needed it taken care of. They were quick to help. And it was a fantastic experience. Couldn't be happier. 100% recommend them. I was at the Abingdon location. Fantastic crew on site.
