So I've been in the area for a while and it's honestly the first time I stopped by the store. I was pleasantly surprised by how neat it was and how friendly the customer service was. Items were priced fairly cheap and they had a very large selection. 10/10 would recommend swinging by if you have the chance

plaza is actually getting nice with new stores and renovations. the only reason i gave it 3 stars is because of the parking lot. im not a fan of the way the parking lot is layed out. but this just me being super picky.

I accidentally dropped one of my iPods. It rolled under one of the display shelves. Ramona and Sam were BEYOND helpful. Absolute great customer service. Sadly my iPod wasn’t found. But A++ for trying. Thank you so much again Sam and Ramona!!

Disney World for the adult mind all in one place. I enjoy traveling through the aisles letting my mind run free - all the beautiful colors, textures, and designs will make you want to ditch your place and buy another one just to decorate - If I could afford to do just that I would - it's always refreshing, tons of new ideas that energize.Definitely a place I enjoy going solo - very neat, quiet, well stocked and organized.Clearance items are quality items and I believe in quality over quantity for sure.If you're mystical - coveredNature lover - coveredArtsy- coveredContemporary - covered Yes browns and straight lines lots of laughs I'm the mystic type so crystals, butterflies, mermaids are up my alley. My name is Kenya - everything made in African - I claim lots of laughs - I adore nature and I'm a fan of art and Disney. So that about covers me and they have everything in between- including pots, pans, culinary delights, probiotics etc etc - Remember it's like a boutique though - what's here - is here for a time then it's gone. Love and Light - Kenya

Don't come here. Find another Home Goods in Harford County to support. I am new to the county and have visited this Home Goods quite a few times. On my last visit, one of the items I purchased $4.99 was an eating mat for my dog. I had spent close to $200 in that one purchase. The cashier did not add the item to my bag the night before and I came back the following day to make an additional purchase and follow up about the missing item. The Manager Erica who was sure to point to her name tag and repeat her name to ensure I had it correctly, refused to allow me to get a replacement as she said the item had not been stored behind the register so there was nothing she could do. I asked how did she know that one of the employees did not put the mat back out onto the floor and she shrugged her shoulders, folded up my receipt and told me to go back home and check my bags. I couldn't believe the poor customer service I was receiving from this "manager". I asked why would I be trying to get over for $4.99 when I had spent $200 in that purchase and was again in line to purchase additional items. She then said "yes, I see you spent that money with a gift card". It was the stupidest comment I've ever heard and quickly let me know I was arguing with someone that was obviously not very educated. The last I checked, you need money to purchase gift cards and those purchases still contribute to the stores sales... unless the rules of retail have changed. Erica was blatantly rude and for the sake of not ruining the reputation of this store, they ought to keep her in the back working on inventory until she learns to deal with people appropriately. I went home and gathered everything I could get my hands on that i purchased the night before and returned them. If I can find the receipt for my furniture purchases, I'll be returning those as well. I'd rather pay the toll and go back on the other end of the tunnel to another store before I support this Home Goods again, while this manager is still working there...
