Had an appointment Thursday at 8:30 for my car to get an Intoxalock installed. Was told it was only going to take a few hours. They had my car until Saturday. They didn’t even start my car until Friday at 1 pm. Why have an appointment set when you aren’t even going to get to it then. I lost two whole days of work and Uber fees because of that.

Avoid this place if possible, they charge twice what a dealership would charge. The exorbitant amount of fees and Diagnostics then on top of that to charge several thousands dollars or something that should only be 600-900 Max should be Criminal. I know I'm just some guy on the internet and you may be reading this review and thinking oh he must be angry, no just disappointed. Because there are no more honest mechanics left in the world. I was a technician for 10 years and brought it to the shop just to have it checked out because honestly being an engineer now I do not have the time to work on my own vehicle. But after this experience I will find it. There use to be a time a man spend his hard earned money and felt good about the value he received, those days are no longer. We have come a purely capitalistic Society who no longer wish to do a good job but just whatever makes it quick and easy buck with the least amount of work and overcharge loyal customers. I hope this review finds a place and the Heart of any person who looking to not be ripped off. Read all the reviews take heed.

This is the second time I’ve taken my vehicle to Next Generation Mechanic and both times I found the technician’s to be knowledgeable and the price was reasonable and the staff was very friendly.

I had my car in twice to repair what is called a "death rattle" which violently shook the car at certain speeds over rough payment. I'm embarrassed to tell you what you paid but the bottom line is the problem was not fixed. Also, they have a parrot in the shop which is really cool. Problem is, when the boss cleans up the parrot poop, he should wash his hands before handling any materials, including a receipt. Not sanitary.

These people don't complete the job. They don’t care about safety when they working on your car. Their customer service is terrible and they over charge you. Next Generation Mechanic is a horrible place please don't go there.

Highly recommend NextGen. I have been using them for years and they never disappoint. Fast service right to your door cant beat it.
