Old Navy offers a friendly and helpful staff and keeps the store relatively clean. The layout can feel crowded, and the selection is small because of store size, but customers still find what they need. Teens enjoy the spacey and well organized layout, and staff are attentive, giving coupons for future shopping. Prices stay affordable, and many customers find good clearance items. The store is a go‑to for kids, where even unsure shoppers find something good. While organization could improve, the store is better than many other Old Navy locations.

It's Old Navy. Sometimes you will come across a good sale. Great for kids clothes.

Friendly and helpful staff, always relatively clean. Sometimes it can feel really crowded with the way everything is set up, but not the end of the world.
